Delivery is quick, communication is good and the toys are high quality. The Godzillaz has just enough texture to enhance sensation, without being aggressive or difficult to clean. The frill around the head needs some care, but otherwise it's a pleasure to use and store.

The delivery was super fast which was muchly appreciated as I was so excited to feel my purchase.
On arriving my package was boxed and discreet. Then to my own annoyance I had to go away for work and attend some events, but on my return I opened my package to see its wonderful contents. Firstly the lovely people from JTT had popped me in a free gift and some chocolates. Customer service is excellent. The team are so friendly and I have never had a bad experience. The postage is quick every time and the packaging is discreet which is always a bonus! Toys are amazing quality. I now own 3 and they are by far the best I have owned. Such a big variation of colours, sizes, styles honestly think there's something for everyone. Can't wait to get my next, I'm thinking one of the bright coloured tentacle types next! Definitely recommend. An amazing toy company.
