Every step through the process of buying this site's products has left me with an overall good vibe.
Not many companies actually go anywhere near an extra few steps for customer satisfaction, but here they do actually listen to their customers and genuinely seem to want to make the experience better for their customers.
They reply to emails fairly quickly and their website is very simple to navigate.
I was taking advantage of the spring sale they had and was able to follow up on a lot of things, but the item variations I wanted were out of stock by the time I got to buying them. They have a notes section when ordering and I explained my situation and they've agreed to send me them when they have them in stock -as I am very picky and fairly stubborn, this was great.
