when i received the package the box had been dropped and end torn off and retaped. i just got everything out to assemble and parts were everywhere but were all here. then i pulled out the fabric to install and it is cut in many places i'm so disappointed this is a surprise gift that needed to be installed by wed . help

Ordered a replacement fireplace insert and and trouble with error messages. Amanda was wonderful. She walked me through several steps and adjustments to make it work. I was fully satisfied with her assistance.

Ordered two rattan and wood lounge chairs. First one we assembled with no difficulty. The second one had many issues; broken piece of wood, a screw that did fit, and the footrest webbing that rubbed against the seat. After emails sent back and forth with pictures, the company agreed to replace the chair. the replacement arrived promptly. The company stood behind their product and we do love our chairs. For those reasons we are giving 5 stars. Thank you
