"Pink jeep for daughter"

Bought the pink jeep for our 6yo daughter. It is so cute. She loves having it. Putting it together was a nightmare, specifically the steering system. Steering is also problematic as it is very limited and the jeep can only make wide turns. Power in low gear is pitiful and high gear ok. Already some of the cosmetic pieces are breaking or coming loose with normal use.

I ordered a Christmas tree last week from this company because they advertised 3-5 day shipping. My order has been sitting as ‘Label Created’ for the past 3 days. No movement or update.
I have reached out twice to enquire but have not received a reply from customer service.
Update: I continue to reach out to this company for updates and I have received one reply. My Christmas Tree is nowhere to be found. They claim to have shipped it, however UPS claims to not have it. A label was created but it was never picked up by UPS. We are one week away from Christmas and no one seems to know where this Christmas tree is. I am getting no help from this company.
