Worst customer service I ever received, umbrella crank and tilt mechanism broke the first time I used it and can’t get them to exchange it or even send me a new assembly to try and fix it myself, spent more time exchanging emails and sending pictures then the umbrella is worth, will be pursuing a refund thru my PayPal protection, will never buy anything from this company again and recommend you take my advice, pay a little more but get a company to stand behind it’s products
