Amanda at the Guildford branch gave a first class service from start to finish. Our bathroom refurb had it's challenges on-site and we were always offered the best advice followed by a quick solution where necessary. First rate product, first rate service, support and guidance from beginning to end. Diana has been a breath of fresh air in her proactiveness. Against a complex backdrop of freight delays and shortages (not Aston Matthews fault) it wasn't totally smooth sailing on the deliveries but getting my dream bathroom could have been heaps more stressful than it was. I can not wait for the final final touches (which is just waiting for another supplier to manage their freight delays).

Ordered two tap valves which I was told would take a couple of weeks. Chased up after two weeks and it arrived exactly a month after I ordered it. Valves worked perfectly and stopped the dripping tap.
