I presume I’m reviewing the gentleman that came to sort my bathroom.
I had two gentle come:
The plumber he came to remove the toilet so the guy could fit the floor, the plumber was a lovely guy, called before he came as it was an early morning call, even tho I was ready I thought this was a lovely thing to do as it would give me enough time to be ready for Him to arrive, he was polite, pleasant, considerate. He arrived with his full ppe for the present situation, he was very thouragh, obviously passionate about his work, making sure everything was done to a high standard, cleaned up after himself, like it was his own property. It was a breath of fresh air having someone arrive who actually thought about the customers needs and treated the job as if it was in his property, making sure it was done to a high standard not a sub standard and get out as quick as possible. He’s an asset to your team.
I also had another plumber arrive at the door 15 mins after the previous guy, a gentleman I’ve had before, he arrived thinking he was doing the job.
He came with no warning, no previous call, his mask was in his hand, Thankfully he left to do a job elsewhere.
I will happily review the floor layer for you.

"Leaking roof"
Leaking roof, 6 months waiting and still waiting. Cannot get through on the phone lines, COVID is an excuse for everything these days. If it was my own home I could have a roof contractor here tomorrow. Just excuses from these people.
So They replied here as it sounds good but no reply to emails or phone calls. I have tried and tried even the call back never happens. Total shambles, now onto a no win no fee solicitor to get something done.

On the general view of flagship housing
Very good to have for family and couple's or single person occupancy.
Garden use for own property
Some standards are needed to be addressed
Cleaning of stairs and wells not always satisfactorily completed
More is needed to be delivered by housing families together and keeping safer standards on illegal use of drugs in blocks
And having a good relationship with the housing manager and revenues are not always helpful with rent.
Many good points and few bad points
All in all flagship housing are good compared to other housing services

I do appreciate Flagship Homes. I am aware that some properties and some tenants/clients must be difficult, but the majority are just keeping their heads down and trying not to complain.
I am responsible and take steps to keep this communal property of this block of flats cleared of rubbish from bin collections every Monday and Thursday, as things seem to blow around in the process, as well as from neighbours who leave rubbish anywhere and allow their untethered dogs to foul anywhere. I clean it up. It would be nice if there were more regular visits from the ranger, whoever that is.
Also, couldn't you have a word with people living in a block of flats on how to be civil and considerate before they are allowed to move in.
I know how difficult day-to-day operations have become since lockdown, so I am withholding my own complaints until rules are more relaxed.

The office in Norwich didn't give a crap that I had no fire alarms for 4 weeks and didn't seem to want to help at all !!! The Suffolk branch called back and a woman called Kay couldn't help me enough and sorted the problem out straight away and alarms were back on the next day (Saturday) she deserves 5 stars Norwich were lucky to get two

Couldn’t ask for better landlords really. Only thing I would say was an issue was the dated interior and exterior. All my windows have blown, kitchen is dated, heaters are rusty. Other than than brilliant

I have been with Flagship Homes for over 2 years in Suffolk. My experience with them throughout has been ansolutely excellent from repairs to Customer Services to Housing Officer Irma. Thankyou for giving me trouble free housing. In my experience they are the best in the UK. Thanks again Flagship you run your Company extremely well.
