"Whole system is crap"

Repairs are rubbish, not punctual, not warning given when due to attend, leave a mess every time.
Reporting antisocial behaviour is pants, falls on deaf ears. Hate living here, want to move, have done for a long time however the process the re enlist on the bidding system is a nightmare.
No safe areas for children to play, no storage for bikes etc. Quality if life extremely limited here.

The lady I spoke to was understanding and empathetic. She listened to our issue carefully and fed back next steps.
The only negative was the phone line was bad as The lady was working at home due to Covid.
Very happy with the conversation and the problem appears to have stopped now.

"Flagship are a disgrace as a housing…"

Flagship are a disgrace as a housing association and fail to arrange mold surveys when their homes are unfit for human habitation due to damp and mold. Flagship Gaslight customers and do not take responsibility or accountability for their failures or mistakes. They avoid accountability by blaming other staff and then no one is accountable. Flagship are currently ignoring Environmental Health officers who are lasing with them to ensure they arrange and have completed a professional mold survey. Flagship have no care for the welfare of their tenants. Flagship failed to tell tenant that their home had a history of damp and mold and allowed tenants to move in without having a professional mold survey. This moldy house has made the tenant very chronically ill and ruined her life for 2 years, killed the dog, made her 2 year old ill and put mold spores all over the tenants property - ruining it. Flagship do not care. If you are looking for a housing association avoid Flagship like a mold plague. Phil, one of their RFT staff is very honest and decent, apart from that I have NOTHING good to say about them. UPDATE: Flagship lied about sending a professional mold surveyor and instead sent RFt manage who is a plasterer, not a mold surveyor. He was there only to find something to blame me for the mold. I emptied the drawers of my double bed and placed the items on my daughter's bed so the plasterer could move the bed and lift the carpet to see that it is a suspended floor underneath. He refused to do this and instead took pictures of the stuff on my daughters bed to try to say the home is piled up with stuff. He said the whole bungalow was like it which is a lie. This member of staff is a lair and a gaslighter, using techniques of a perpetrator. He has told these and other lies to the Environmental Health officer who cannot come and see for herself due to restrictions, he has not forwarded his photos yet and she is awaiting these to make a decision as to whether to enforce an actual survey. Mr Hill is making the whole event take as long as possible as he lacks care or empathy. The underneath of my wooden drawers have gone moldy where the damp rises through the wooden floor. he told me that I must have brought the furniture in with mold spores on already. It is only the conditions that can make mold grow of damp. Words cannot describe the regret I have to have had the misfortune to have moved in with Flagship.
