The problems I had were in the wetroom and had to be dealt with separately and they were both dealt with quickly and very effectively. Both workers were very pleasant and helpful. I am very pleased with the way things have been since the work has been finished.

"Winds of February remain a fencing panel issue today.."
Far too many use covid as an excuse. The winds of February tore down 3 fencing panels, one of which a neighbor got fed up with waiting and replaced at their own expense. 2 remain supported ON MY SIDE, which has killed a big patch of grass. I reported back in February and then checked again approximatel May, and then phoned recently where the kitchen light was sorted quickly, and back door which was reported a couple years ago apparently after an inspection showed a rotted back door, is only now getting sorted.
As for the fencing panels, I was recently told I would have to wait until October. I didn't complain and maybe should have..Maybe they didn't check their own paperwork to check the previous times reported and going back to February..Mean time, 2 panels being held up to prevent falling down into back garden..

I have called you several times regarding leak on my kitchen ceiling, nobody has called me to come and look at it. And also fence in back garden that had blown down in February. We are now repairing this ourself.

I have been with flagship for 3 years and must confirm they are really good. All repairs are done on time and quick. The housing officer is very helpful when you're in need. Very friendly and understanding. The only thing am not happy about is their way of carrying out mutual exchange. The process takes so long from completing application form, electrical checks, and the rest left me being frustrated.
