While your team is good when the initial query or complaint is made unfortunately once the initial inspection has been done, the actual work can take several weeks and phone calls to actually repairing or sorting the problem. I've been impressed by most of the workmen who attend.

Unfortunately, when the job is not urgent, we have to make repeated calls and they are not always linked, so we have to report the same problem over and over again.
