Havent recieved an answer to our boundaries issue, have been waiting since August.. not good enough.
Still waiting for new back door, radiator fix, oil tank to be moved as new legislation, and new boiler ...

Absolutely 0 star rating for Flagship. Useless and unhelpful. Was waiting more than a year for someone to come and have a look at my front door.Still waiting for them to come and change them for new one(will probably wait another few years😠) Repair services are horrible 😠😠ðŸ˜

Repairs do not get sorted out properly, or sometimes at all. our downstairs toilet was leaking, we reported it but it hasn't been repaired properly and is now leaking again it only lasted 2 days before it started leaking again.
Our oil tank was leaking and had been leaking into the ground causing what we were told was an environmental issue, we were told it would have to be dug out and then dug out a bit more to ensure all the oil had gone, eventually someone came to put a temporary oil tank in, the ground has never been dug out and we have had the temporary oil tank for well over a year now, flagship obviously do not care. A chap came to inspect our kitchen bathroom and windows, he said he was concerned about our windows, nothing has been done, even though they are getting harder to open and shut and drafts are getting in through them. We are trying to move now as we feel we have lost all faith. The radiators don't work properly even after my husband has bled them, so heating the house is sometimes very difficult. Upstairs hot water pressure is not good and there is no shower facility, we have purchased a shower but have to save to get this installed as we need a plumber and an electrician due to the way the hot water system has been designed. This proves difficult as you can imagine as we have 2 grown children and us we should all be able to have a bath/shower everyday, but we cannot, this is unacceptable.

Excellent, been with flagship for almost 12 years and I can't complain every enquire or repair or reason for having to contact them I've always had friendly service on the phone or via email
