"Stay away from these people"
Stay away from these people. Took 8 days to get my order, and although they said they would provide a tracking number, they never did. Could not contact them by telephone or chat line. When the order finally arrived, it was delivered in a brown box that was twice the size it had to be, ripped up, and the shock absorber boxes inside the primary box were destroyed as there was no packing (no bubble wrap, Styrofoam padding or anything). When I opened the primary box, parts and shocks and remnants of the Bilstein shock boxes came sliding out. Unbelievable lack of quality control.

"Absolutely the worst company I have…"
Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered a set of shocks and struts in June of 2019. After about a month I was told they were on backorder. I canceled my order, but never received a refund. I ended up getting two shocks. I returned them, but they never refunded my money. This is the first time I have been screwed out of money with proof of return. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they will not help. They said it is between me and the merchant.

DONT BUY FROM THEM they are bad... just try to call them . it wont happen

"Stay Away!!"
Like so many others, I should have read these first. I ordered shocks for my motorhome, first four arrived quickly but soon I realized I had ordered the wrong ones. Totally my fault. I got back on line and gave them my VIN#, reordered the "correct" ones, but no sooner did that get done did I realize this order was wrong too and this time it was their fault. Credit card now charged twice, over $1,000 outstanding. Both orders have been returned now, one for nearly a month and no refund. I was told they they only process refunds on the 15th and 30th. Ok, I accepted that. But now after both have passed, still no refund. You call, no answer. Chat can take forever, if they get on at all. Next option is to call Visa and dispute the charges and hopefully get them involved in the conversation. I am glad to re-write this should they ever respond or refund my money, but for now, this stands.

Shockwarehouse is not to be trusted to deliver. Here's my story. In January 2018 I placed an order for Bilstein 22-249326 front shocks for a Sprinter RV on order # 189705. After a month of no response I wrote and was told they were on backorder. In August 2018 I wrote to ask for a refund. The guy replied with a suggestion for another brand. I replied that I wanted a refund. In December 2018 I asked for a refund again. On February 2019 I asked for a refund again. John D'Onofrio said he'd get with accounting and check. In April I followed up with John again. And again in June, each with no reply. After 2 years I still have no refund and no shocks. Don't trust these guys. They don't send as promised and keep your money.

Yep, it is that bad! Was given the wrong shock numbers when they looked it up by VIN, I questioned Fred about it, and he says they will fit. Decide I better research further first and glad I did, they were wrong! Was able to pull a number off old shock and cross to new ones. I called and asked Steve on another inquiry if the shocks I needed were in stock and got the confirmation, explained I was sitting in a rv shop waiting for them, asked about shipping, told will get them 4 to 5 days by ground shipping. So I placed order that moment. 2 days later, no shipping confirmation so I call, yep, not shipped yet, will go out on Monday I'm told... So here I sit. Found the rears somewhere else and had shipping confirmation with an hour. Do yourself a favor and buy your shocks any other place you might be able to find them. Oh, the other place was even $8 cheaper and free shipping, and the other people actually shipped them!

"Truly horrible chat experience"
Truly horrible chat experience. The rep literally hung up on me and closed the chat window. There is currently no way to contact a supervisor or review my chat experience on their site. I was looking for a set of shocks for a vehicle that has a non-standard lift. I had all the specs for shocks he refused to help me. He said it was his job to sell shocks and not do research.

Horrible!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them! Nobody answers the phone or live chat. Anytime we finally got to talk to someone their answer was, it will ship "any day" now. Still waiting!!!

You know after i read some of the reviews i was afraid i had made a mistake ordering form this company and as it turns out those reviews have no merit from my experience with Shockwarehouse. I got exactly what i ordered and in the timeframe i was quoted, so if you want a reasonable price and good service.....you can use these guys and not worry about it!
