"Worst customer service in the industry"

Worst customer service in the industry. Nobody ever answers the phone, no voice mail and on line chat is a joke as well. I have no idea how this company is even in business still. Need shocks, go to Summit Racing! Best customer service in the industry!

"My order was done online ofcourse on…"

My order was done online ofcourse on August 12 2020, and the money was taken off my account so my order was paid for! My order receipt stated it would be shipped by ground within 2 days . On August 21 I had to contact Shock warehouse "Via " the internet due to the fact no one answeres there phones. Finally I get to chat by text to a rep. I explain the situation and he stated he will check my order. He does and says that shock warehouse is waiting to yet receive my items from Monroe as well as that my order that I all ready "Paid for,and the money was taken off my card account,was now on backorder until maybe the 2nd week of September 2020! Also that if I wanted to cancel my order I could.I then asked the rep how long it would take for the money to be put back on to my account card and he stated that it never was and I explained to him that it had since I had a PayPal account card and I asked to speak to his supervisor or have his supervisor contact me by phone and I gave him my personal phone number and he said it would happen within an hour I still at the end of business day have not received a call from his supervisor or anyone and I was never notified of having to wait or my items be put on back order by shock warehouse at anytime and shock Warehouse in my opinion is a fraudulent business and cares nothing about customer service whatsoever that's why I gave them a zero rating!!!

"Stay away from them"

Stay away from them! If you'll order from them, they will tell you "the items are shipped the next day'... but actually, a week later, they will tell you they are out of the items but wait!... and a week later, they will tell you they are still out. NO excuses here!! I was renting car and waiting for the parts.

"NO Warranty Service"

Today is August 6, 2020. I started a warranty claim on May 29,2020. They charged me for a new shock, which they sent right away, and claimed that I would get a refund when they received my defect shock. After filling out two different warranty claim forms, no less than 6 phone calls, no less than 6 emails and returning the defective shock at my expense with an RA number finally given by Shock Warehouse, there has been no refund and no response to emails or phone calls. I advise others not to count on this company making good on warranty claims.

"$750 wasted."

I ordered shocks for my Motorhome over 4 months ago and still have not received them. It is very hard to reach them by phone but when I do they say 2 weeks. That started about 3 months ago and still no shocks. They have all my contact information but have never reached out with an update on my order. Lesson here is always also read the reviews prior

"This is the worst online business I…"

This is the worst online business I have ever come across. I placed an order. No updates no communication for 3 weeks. I start trying to reach them. No one ever answers the phone. I attempted 15 calls during business hours. Not one went thru, just a message that says to use the chat feature. SO i moved on to that. No one responds to the chant and it times out and closes. After a dozen attempts thru chat, someone did finally answer. They said they were not able to run my card and thats why there is no update on my order. I said ok, your service is so bad ill just consider myself lucky and not have to deal with it anymore. I said just remove my order and my information from your site. Ill just get my shocks somewhere else that is legitimate. I got my parts else where and had them installed. I get up this morning to see that now they are charging my account. Now i am back to trying to reach someone which is nearly impossible. I am on 10 calls and 6 chat attempts on my second round. Still no answer. How these guys are even still in business blows me away.

"THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONLINE…"

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONLINE RETAILER FOR SHOCKS AND STRUTS. Like so many other 1 star reviews on here my experience is almost identical. All parts show in stock on the site. I placed my order on 6/19/20. Several days go by without any ship notifications or communication. Finally got in touch with Jay On a Wednesday via chat and was told everything was in except 1mount that was arriving on Friday. Everything would ship then, on Friday. On Monday, still no ship notification. Tried the chat, got disconnected 3 times, tried calling and never get a person to answer. Tried the SMS feature, after 20 minutes finally got jay again. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was then told the part they were waiting on was on backorder and was listed in the site that way. Yeah, it is now but not when I ordered it or when I was lied to saying it would arrive to them on Friday. Told him to cancel that part and ship everything else. A few more days go by without any notification. Finally a package from Fedex shows up, with one strut. Over the next 6 days I get 3 more deliveries with 1 or 2 parts showing up each day. I’m still waiting on 2 parts, 17 days after placing the order. If all the parts were there waiting for just one to show up before shipping then why send individual parts spread out over 6 plus days??? When trying to call no one still answers the phone and the chat function disconnects due to no response. BUYER BEWARE.

"Don't waste your time."

Don't waste your time with shockwarehouse.com. Items are listed as in stock when they are not. My items were backordered without letting me know at time of purchase. If you "can" get a hold of a representative they will give you the runaround, try to keep your money, and not send you the items you ordered. It is much easier to get better service other places. I waited a week and a half, and nothing shipped. When I called, they told me they would make a special exception and ship sooner. If the parts I ordered are in stock why do you need to make a special exception? Why do I have to call and complain to get a special exception? Just send the parts I ordered and everybody's happy... Do yourself a favor an get your parts somewhere else.
