"Month later - no sign of parts"
Placed an order on shocks that were in stock. Month later still haven’t arrived. Sent message requesting update and was never contacted back. Just requested to cancel order. Wait and see if they respond. How can a company continue to be in business with such poor reviews? That’ll teach me to not look beforehand

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a set of 4 shocks for my pickup. They sent the wrong parts. Ignored me for months and still haven’t refunded my $$ for the parts I paid to return to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional

After being jerked around for more than 20 days because they didn't have my shocks in stock, I told them to stuff it and ordered elsewhere for the same price and free shipping. Go someplace else, Shockwarehouse is not a very good company and definitely not worth the aggravation.

Paid for two sets of shocks by Amex they then cancelled my order and increased the price of the shocks, refunded back to my card which cost me nearly a $150.00 in exchange rate fees. Do not do business with these sharks!!!

I would choose zero stars if it was an option.
Avoid this company at all cost. I received a defective shock absorber, had to pay $22 return shipping, and a $15 "warranty charge". A month after they received the bad shock, I finally had to dispute the charge on my CC because they never credited me.

The only reason I give 1 star is because you can’t go any lower. They shipped incomplete parts order. Customer service is nonexistent. Furthermore, they are NOT an authorized Koni dealer.
