There was confusion concerning my order and it was not clear that it was being fulfilled. I overreacted and gave one star as I only received half my order. It came quickly, nicely packed and within 2 days. I'll upgrade when I receive the other two.

Edit to add that,miraculously, i called them and got Carlos on the phone. After some back and forth about him not doing what he told me he'd do, he agreed to refund my $90. Still,its been 3 months. Stay away from this outfit.
Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3 months ago. Pieces tricked in over 6 weeks. One Bilstein shock was in correct box but wrong part. They rarely answer phone or email so took forever. Sent wrong one back got a other wrong one
2 weeks back talked to Carlos,sent pics to Lacey, said they'd send return label and proper shock
nothing happened. Out $84 plus tax. They are the worst. I'm giving up,they win and stole $90 from me.

"Do NOT do business with Shockwarehouse"
Do NOT do business with Shockwarehouse. I purchased what I believed was a set of 4 Fox 2.0 Shocks/Struts for a Ford 150. I believed this based on using the drop down menu to select my vehicle, and the picture it showed for said parts matched what would fit my vehicle. What I received was a set of two shocks for a Chevrolet Avalanche, and a set of two shocks for a Hummer H3, that were not at all what was pictured. Why those things are in a set to begin with is beyond me.
Fast forward, contacted them, tell them these are not the parts I had intended to order. They send a return label through Fed-Ex, and say they will issue me a refund once they receive the parts.
I later receive an email saying the refund was issued. It was not. By this point I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, after verifying that a refund was not issued. They continue to apparently lie to my credit card company, as the last message I received was that my credit card company was declining my dispute, as the merchant would not refund me for items I still possessed, after originally saying the refund was issued (I have this email as proof).
All in all, Shockwarehouse is apparently dishonest, and I wish I would have checked BBB and other reviews previously (as they all tend to tell how terribly Shockwarehouse is). I have essentially been robbed of nearly $900, as Shockwarehouse has my money, AND the shocks I returned to them. They have also appeared to stop answering/returning my calls. So I guess I am just basically out of the money with nothing to show for it besides and absolute headache.
Since I can't reply to the comment from them, I'll add it here.
The email you have in body shows 10/19, was actually sent 12/4 at 9:14am CST. I have documentation. I got a new phone and number on 11/18, which is a full month after the "refund". I have the same card, obviously, which is how I disputed it. I called them today, and they do not deny refunds. I called yall first though, to try and clarify and work with yall for the refund. The first call ended with you screaming and cussing at me, and ultimately hanging up on me as I offered to change the review, saying I just wanted a refund. But you were too busy interrupting me and screaming. I called back, someone answered, and I was put on hold until after yall closed for the day. Classy.

Hello, I placed an order on 7/11/2023 from France at ShockWarehouse, big mistake!! No response, no follow-up, no communication.
Bonjour, j'ai passé une commande le 7/11/2023 de France chez ShockWarehouse, grave erreur !!! Aucune réponse, pas de n° de suivi, pas de communication. J'ai reçu aujourd'hui 30/11/2023 mon colis. Il y a eu des frais a la douane, et toujours pas de message du vendeur. ARNAUD François

"NO AFTER SALE SERVICE"
I ordered a full set of shocks plus a steering stabilizer. The box for the steering stablizer was open and contained the wrong part. I contacted them and they gave me a return number. I shipped it back according to their instructions. It arrived at their location on 11/2/23. I have not heard from them. I have sent emails, called multiple times with no answer and left messages. As of today, 11/16/23, I have not received any feedback from them. I suppose I lost the cost of the part PLUS the cost of return shipping. Not very professional and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.
Update - changing to 2 stars because I finally received a refund. However, I still have not received any communication from them. Customer service is poor.

Company does not stand behind their own policies (returns). "Customer Service" just ignores emails and phone calls.
"Businesses" like this is why people flock to Amazon. Shi**y business practices will eventually catch up.
Stay away from this place.
Edit-Only took a month and a half to receive my refund. Work with your bank to get your refund processed, as there is little to no response from this company.

"They're quick to take your money"
They're quick to take your money, but they never send the order.
Sent them several emails, but no answer. They answered me on the live chat on their website, but it was allways the same answer, that the order would be sent within 2 days.
That never happended.
Suddenly they stopped answering me there as well.
When i contacted paypal to get my money back, i got an email with a bad attitude from the manager.
Luckily i got my money back In the end.
This is what he wrote to me:

The good business has been in business since 1986 and served millions
But consumers like you feed off of the world of the miserable.
People who go online and never say a kind thing about 99.9 percent of the good things
But any chance they get the rip people
And if you were in business you would understand

Not getting any response for a return!
I ordered front and back shocks for my ‘13 F150 per their website. I received them to discover that ‘13 F150 fronts are struts, not shocks. I called to return the fronts and was instructed to fill out the return request on their website, which states they will respond in a couple days. That was three weeks ago. Since then I’ve called and filled out the request 2 more times. NO RESPONSE! They are ghosting me. Do not buy from them!

"Terrible service, terrible communications, no delivery - very unorganized."
In July, they had 4 struts "in stock". In August, Sept. and Oct i was told they had 3 of 4 and were waiting for one. I asked them to ship me what they had and they agreed. Never received any.
Now, they said that the missing one came in but they did not fill my 4 month old order and now 2 are out of stock.
Communication has been horrible, service is not followed up on. Definitely choose another distributor for shocks and struts.
So the next day I texted their customer service and this is the response I got:
John thank for the review on Trustpilot. Have a great day. cant help you , sorry about the backorders, over the last 3 years we have had to layoff 3 people and we use to be able to send out 92% of our orders. Now since late 2019 63% , sorry about the inconvienence, again, be careful with reviews.
Apparently there are poor place to do business with with only 63% of orders being filled. And that's from them

Ordered in July, checked on status in August, spoke to Carlos, and was told they needed more information, sent the information and have not heard from since, no answer to phone calls or emails.
