Novaalab is a company that I completely trust for quality products and customer service. My husband and I have purchased a total of six products and are so happy with all of them. We actually just purchased two red light pads and two lasers, because we did not want to keep sharing them! They work as promised and anytime I have reached out to their customer service, they have responded in a matter of minutes. Try to find that anywhere else. I tell everyone about them, from my friends to my doctors. We use the red light pads and lasers for neuropathy, back pain, arthritis and pulmonary fibrosis. I also use the mouth product for my receding gums which it has greatly improved. I cannot say enough good things about NovaaLab.

Great customer service! I purchased an XL pad nearly a month ago, and I just got the handle laser. I’ve been using the XL pad on my legs to help with my knees and also to relax my back. It’s super relaxing and easy to use! I haven’t tried the handle laser yet, though—it only arrived a couple of days ago.

I have osteoarthritis in my hands and after much research on red light devices that are aligned with medical grade ones kept coming back to NovaaLabs. I have just started using the Novaalab device and am already feeling some relief. I have only had the device a couple of days and have high hopes based on initial experience for serious pain relief.
