Easy to use online booking system. Good contact afterwards to organise the hire, check id and licence,
insurance and payment etc...
Our credit card was charged a couple of days prior to hire and info on the car sent the day before as we had booked for a public holiday.

Welsh girl who I dealt with was so good. Really friendly and professional. The car wasn’t great though, no Bluetooth or aux cord which was a shame. The model said it would be 2011-2014 (which should have those features)z
