Your after hours answering service is really poor. I tried several times to contact a person but only got an answering machine.

Other than that the car and service was good.

So easy to book. Airport collection and drop off very straight forward. Staff friendly and helpful. Vehicle very well presented.

The collection of the car took about 45 minutes. We requested a carseat but nothing was installed on arrival and the customer service rep just told my husband to pick one from the pile. No help was given to install the seat and it ended up being the wrong fit for our toddler. This was frustrating in itself given youre still paying a fair amount for the service. The car was fine overall, but make me reconsider using this company again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at both pickup and dropping off my rental car. The car itself was reliable and gave me no problems when driving all around South Island. The car, though, was quite old and a very high mileage so somewhat overpriced rental charges I thought.
