"Great Trip"

Rental was a hybrid Toyota Vitz which gave excellent fuel economy for our 15 day hire. Omega was great to deal with and would definitely recommend to our friends.

The after hour pick up and drop off were easy and fine. The customers should, however, allow transfer to and from the shop to airport terminals which may cost upto NZ $70 (both ways) to be mindful about.

Very poor customer service. 24 hours after I made the booking I got a curt ‘Declined’ email but no reason given. No indication whether another car might be an option. Nothing.

Thank you for the reply yes I did read the full email it gives no reason for declining and doesn’t suggest any alternatives.
