Although we could not get through to a 'real person to collect us on arrival (as instructed to do so), we were directed by another hire car office staff member and met up with the Omega person by Subway. From there is all went smoothly, both on 'speedy' completion of the paperwork and then clear instruction on what to do on departure. Very pleasant staff and well-presented car.
