I was picked up the international terminal promptly once I was through immigration and taken straight to Omega.
Within just a few minutes of arriving at Omega the paperwork was done and I was on my way.
At the drop off it was a similar, quick process.
Stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again

+ We had the pick up booked at Auckland City. Due to a flight delay we had to change it to Auckland Airport through a local friend of ours. Omega was very helpful and confirmed it to our e-mail. The car was ready when we arrived. Thank you.
+ Toyota Yaris was comfortable to drive and had good seats. We were fine loading our small suitcases, no good for big bags unless you do not need the back seats.
- Toyota Yaris is very low. High speed bumps have to be crossed very slowly.
+ Omega was very generous and did not charge us for minor scratches on the bottom of the front sidewing due to touching a high pedestrian walk. Thank you.
+ Pick up and drop off formalities were uncomplicated and staff friendly.
