There was no holdups. On arrival I was able to speak to a customer service person to be given the whereabouts of the car. There appeared to be no instructions about refilling fuel on return but our usage was very low. All appreciated.

Everything was just as described beforehand and ready when I came to pick up the car in Queenstown. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful.
