I was looking for a sofa in velvet that went with our new themne ( blame the missus ) in green that wasn't too bright. Went ahead and ordered 1 and it was exactly what I had in mind. Quality of the fabric is great and was assembled nicely by the delivery guys too

We ordered a sofa and were told it could be up to 16 weeks delivery. That was very early January. It eventually arrived yesterday, pretty much 24 weeks since ordering.
When you get an initial email from Livelusso confirming your order, there's a very affable looking chap who appears to be your personal point of contact and who promises to keep you informed every step of the way. We never heard back from him or Livelusso, except when we chased after the 16 weeks were up. We asked to cancel the order when we chased and were told we'd lose 25%, however, they did offer us some free cushions which should have been £60 each, so we agreed to continue with the order.
I think the affable looking chap doesn't actually exist.
Cushions didn't arrive funnily enough, but the sofa did.
It arrived with a large dent in one of the seat backs, saggy fitting fabric cover over the foam and poor stitching in a number of places.
We emailed the company requesting the return within their 30 day period and have heard nothing back. Live chat on the website doesn't work and the phones are never answered, just ask you to leave a message, despite ringing 5 times.
Overall, very dissatisfied and have initiated a chargeback with the credit card company who couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully that'll spur Livelusso into action on sorting collection and a refund.
I'd seriously advise anyone considering ordering from them to read the negative reviews first and if you do go ahead, good luck. You'll need it. As someone else has pointed out, it's funny how all the 5 star reviews are from people who have only 1 review...

"Sofa was massively delayed"
Sofa was massively delayed. Terrible communication from company - I had to ask where the sofa was at all times, was never informed of delays. Responses from customer support were slow. Was offered 2 large cushions as compensation they’re half the size as what was promised and completely the wrong colour. I can’t be bothered to speak with these people again so I’ll just accept what I’ve got, bin the cushions and leave this review. Terrible company but I’ve never used another sofa company to compare against hence 2 stars

"Black Friday Bargain"
I ordered a few days prior to their sale going on, and when I found out they put a black Friday sale on, I got in touch and they kindly honoured a discount to match the sale price which was nice considering they didn’t have to as I’d bought prior to the sale. Sofa is holding up good so far, managed to get coffee stains out of it quite easily following their instructions so the stain protection is quite good too. V happy with the service so far.

"Prince loves it"
My cat prince just loves it! She cant stop rubbing up against the velvet. I did have to get a lint roller to make sure the hair don’t stick. So if you guys do have pets make sure to get something like this, as its better than vacuuming. I found using the vacuum on my old sofa, over time will then loosen the fabric as and wont maintain its tight look. I got my roller from amazon for a £10 so well worth it.

"Nice to see"
I asked to change my order a week after purchasing it, and even though it had begun production, Emily kindly allowed me to change it. Received my sofa around 4 months ago and even till today ( although I have had to maintain it by regularly brushing it ) the velvet looks as good as the day I got it. So top marks for flexibility and quality. Will wait to see after a year or so as to how the frame is holding up. So far so good.

"Stunning modernist modular sofa at an affordable price."
So I ordered a Varese modular 3 seater Sofa in a two colour combination of my choosing, made especially - yellow and orange. What can I say...it is STUNNING. It is like a high end designer sofa at an absolute fraction of the cost. I have had so many compliments already including from three tradesmen giving me quotes! Where did I get that sofa?they ask. The fabric in a soft but sturdy velvet is beautiful. It is all well made it with sturdy metal links and straps. Very contemporary cool modernist. I was informed some months into my order that a number of sofas had had water damage and would have to be remade. Reading the reviews this worried me, however, it took a long time to get here but Livelusso stood by their word and made sure I got an undamaged sofa in my colours as specified. Also, the delivery was spot on. The two delivery people put the sofa into place and unwrapped it, making sure all was as it should be.
Really I am so pleased I bought this sofa, it is perfect. I will be getting their vivid red footstool to complement it.
