"Who does this nowadays?"
I’d had a bad experience prior to this as I ordered a sofa, it turned up nothing like advertised ( ordered from a big retailer who has 3 letters in their name ), and so I was a bit hesitant from ordering another sofa online. I read the reviews and again was hesitant, but once I got in touch on live chat I was put at ease by the team and they addressed all my concerns.
Tim asked a lot of questions to make sure we got the right sofa ordered. The depth of his questioning really showed his expertise, room dimensions, door opening, whether it opens to the right, to the left, hallway dimensions, hallway shape, is it round, is it straight, are there any turns, do we have pets, is the sofa going to be in direct sunlight, I could go on and on!
At first it felt like an interview lol. But without the in depth questions, I really wouldn’t have got sofa that I now have come to truly love. The Gela is a show stopper. You can tell that this sofa has been put together with love and care.
Its solidly ( don’t know if that’s a word ) built, but still has class, and beauty and isn’t just a bulky solid sofa. It has elegance and im now contemplating ordering an armchair to go with it, just waiting for pay day.
I can truly say livelusso has changed my perception of ordering online, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Companies like this deserve recognition especially when the big boys treat you like just another number, at livelusso I felt valued from start to finish. Bravo!

"Asked to remove my review. Sofa arrived incorrect. "
Previously was asked by the company to remove my review. Putting it back up. After tons of back and forth with little response. I finally got a great customer service rep who walked me through the process. They promised my sofa within a week. Two weeks passed and I finally receive the shipping details. The sofa has just arrived and after all of that and their claimed quality control, the sofa has been delivered incorrectly. It was meant to be in a linen fabric but has been dropped off in what they are claiming is velvet but is in fact a cheap microsuede. I'll be returning it and getting a full refund.
They are now claiming that the asked me to remove my review after a refund had been granted. This is actually inaccurate. They asked me to remove my review before they had even delivered the sofa that expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication around the progress of it. They cannot even keep tabs on their customer conversations. They did not follow up once on their own volition following my refund request.
They have processed my refund and waived the restocking fee after a few follow up emails. That was the only silver lining in the entire process.

"It feels like a scam"
We were part of the suez canal debacle, 6 months after ordering our sofa it finally arrived.
Well.... some of it did, two out of three sections arrived, no sign of the third. Then the slow realisation started to set in, 'it looks smaller than it should be', 'the number of seats is different from the picture on the website', 'the number of leg supports is different too', 'the stitching is bendier than a Cornwall B road', 'the cushions are not flat and have ridges in them', 'the material is loose and saggy on the seat'
These were all thoughts running through my mind as I looked at this thing that was supposedly a sofa.
Quality issues aside the fact that the dimensions of the sofa do not match what is on the website is an epic disaster on their part. I wonder if it ever occurred to anyone at Live Lusso that the size and dimensions of furniture is quite an important aspect of their business.
Bombarding them with emails does not seem to work, calling their 'busy' phone line gets you through to no one. I'm chasing every day to get my money back. I think its time to get the credit card company involved and do a chargeback. :-(

Exceptional customer service, Travis was really welcoming, friendly and super helpful, he advised me on all the different fabrics available without making me feeling pressured to make a purchase, and then he took the time to discuss my options so that I could make the right decision on which sofa to purchase, he was also very informative and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. "Pampered from start to finish"
From entering the website and being greeted on livechat, to receiving the swatches along with the tea bags! We felt we were being looked after by a plush hotel! This really was a unique experience of buying a sofa online.
We got updates on whatsapp about our order, Sofia was prompt in replying, and their overall knowledge of designs, and their suitability for each person and their room esp when it comes to styling a sofa to match a rooms décor was second to none!
Emma from the styling department really helped in this regard, she researched exactly which look we were going for and spent a day or so to research everything, the theme, colours, and even down to the fact that we had a south facing garden and the sunlight was going to come through that window! Talk about attention to detail. I’ve already told 3 of my besties, and my mother in law is also eyeing up an order
I’d much rather she order her own than come around everyday to enjoy ours

Can't comment on the sofas as I have ordered elsewhere. But the company was very fast to deliver swatches of their materials that I was interested in initially, and followed up to make sure that I had received them, which was nice.

Was kept upto date about our order through out and was pleased to see it arrive 10 days earlier than advertised as we really needed it on time due to having a bday party organised shortly after. I had already bought a sofa about 6 months ago and needed another one to match it so contacted live chat and spoke to Sophia who I dealt with on my first time round, and she did a great job of finding me something to go with my existing sofa and even sweetened the deal by giving me 10% off as a vip customer.
All in all a great result and first class service from Sophia

"Mixed Emotions!"
Sofa is absolutely amazing and I cant complain on that front. The velvet material is really really luxurious and has a high rub count too which is a bonus. My only issue was with the delivery guys. They communicated everything, and came on time, however one of them had dirt under his trainers and has left a slight stain on our cream carpets in the landing.
So I have emailed Tom from livelusso and am awaiting a response. Livelusso were very kind and prompt throughout the whole process and im sure will get back to me quite soon on a resolution.
