"Sofa is a gem"
Sofia was absolutely incredible. We really struggled to decide on a style of sofa that we wanted but she made it a breeze by giving recommendations and asking all the right questions. Sofia was very knowledgeable on all products discussed and if she didn’t know, she would check and come back to us in no time at all. We finally managed to decide on a colour and style of sofa - the sales process was easy and effortless; with multiple payment options offered throughout. We had a very enjoyable buying experience overall and would go back to Sofia specifically if looking to buy a further product.

"Good customer service"
Quality and build of the product is very good, my order was unfortunately delayed due to supply issues in Suez Canal. But the customer service team were brilliant offering me compensation for the delays and were very apologetic. These things happen and we weren’t in a desperate rush to receive the sofa. Very happy with the communication and delivery I received for a handmade sofa.

"Stunning!"
We recently bought a corner sofa to replace our old one, and finding something that would actually fit into our small and awkward doorways but that would still be large enough as a family sofa was proving to be a problem. This one from livelusso came in two boxes just the right size to fit through our doors, and is actually bigger than our old sofa (but much more beautiful!). We love the deep blue velvet, and the sofa itself seems extremely sturdy and well made. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Delivery was on time and very quick, and the communications were good all the way through.

"Further update from Live Lusso..."
Further update from Live Lusso.... A few months have passed and clearly the poor customer reviews are hitting them hard. I thought this was the last I would hear from this company...but no. Whilst on a well earned 4 day break, after a hard winter in the office, I get this little nugget from Trust Pilot.

Luckily, my review showed a fair appraisal of the situation at the time of writing and Live Lusso are doing everything to get my reviews removed. Sadly, this won't be the case, and Trustpulot have upheld my review. To everyone putting poor reviews up.... Do not change them because your are being intimidated or offered money to do so. Do the right thing for any future customers to make the correct judgement.

I bought a fabulous curved orange sofa after looking online for months to find one.
The sofa took a little longer than originally intended to arrive but communication for Live Lusso customer service was honest and informative.
My new sofa arrived after 12 weeks and I’m happy happy with the result.

"Greatly improved customer service."
I think Live Lusso must have taken some new team members on. I had a message from Sarah saying she was very sorry I had not had a good experience and since then the customer service has been amazing. I have received a full refund and as a gesture of goodwill they asked if I would like to choose a product from their UK stock for free including delivery. This is due to arrive on Thursday this week. It is not the item I originally ordered nor the colour I really wanted but the fact she offered this goes to show they are genuine in trying to put matters right. Thank you Sarah.

"Don't hesitate"
There are quite a few reviews on here stating that these guys are scammers. I can safely say that’s not the case. I cant speak on behalf of everyones experiences, but I can say that Tom was a delight to deal with, the sofa was priced well and arrived a week early. Panther and their delivery team were good, and did all the assembly and took everything away. So if these guys are scammers, then I’d love to see what genuine companies look like So i’d say take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt, everyone company has problems, but based on my experienced, I’d defo order again.

"I thought it couldn’t get any worse…"
As per my previous review, live lusso reached out to provide a partial refund on the basis the sofa will come 13th May. Well to no surprise, this has not happened.
In fact, on the day of the “confirmed” delivery date, they informed me that actually the sofa has just left Malaysia, but should come within the next week. Well, after doing some digging I found out it takes at least 3 weeks for a package to be delivered from Malaysia to the UK by sea. And that is not including the various custom checks + courier delivery to my address. So the timeline of a week doesn’t make sense, in fact it’s impossible.
When I called them out on this, they the changed their story to say the sofa actually left on Malaysia on the “25th March” not the “13th May” date that they had just given to me (less than 24hrs before 🙃). Mind you, I had originally been told in April that the sofa had been shipped end of March from Italy, only to be told that was a lie. It had never been shipped. However, now I’m being told that actually wasn’t a lie, they were lying about the new date.
As you can see it’s an absolute joke and countless times this company has continued to be dishonest and misleading customers. At this point, I have requested a full refund only to now be met with silence - will have to go back again to Mastercard if we continue to receive no response.
I would absolutely not recommend for anyone to get a sofa from here. 7 months later we have no sofa, have lost £££’s and are seeking legal action to try to reclaim our money back.
Please listen to the honest reviews. They will not meet the 8-12 weeks delivery, expect that to be 8-12 months minimum instead.

**UPDATE 30/5/2024**: We have finally received a FULL refund from Live Lusso. Hope in the future they work on their customer service because this is not sustainable.
