Trustpilot begins by asking what made your experience great ? In 1 word, Sara. Now let me explain. I was taking a look around the site not entirely sure upon which specific design to choose from and whilst browsing Sara popped up on the livechat asking if we needed help. It has been a long time since I have met such a professional and friendly livechat. She honestly made it a pleasure to browse around the site and helped me every step of the way. She outlined all the ways we could purchase the sofas and was incredibly helpful. I ended up ordering 2 sofas and a chair from the Columbia and Pomezia range. I normally buy sofas once every 10 years or so, so I’ll be back in 10 years livelusso ( if im still around )

"Excellent and proactive customer service"

Unfortunately, the sofa wouldn't fit up our staircase, so had to refuse delivery.
LIVELUSSO.COM emailed us within 15 minutes to say that the refund was being processed.
It's very rare these days that one doesn't have to chase a company up, and for them to be so prompt and proactive in processing.

I guess next time I’ve learnt my lesson, get everything measured well in advance!
I might take a look at some of their in stock options as I honestly cba waiting another 10 weeks.

Ordered a sofa from LIVELUSSO in November. It was a pre-order item so I knew I’d have to wait until about February to receive the sofa. When ordering the sofa, I went in expecting there to be some delays having good knowledge on the suez canal crisis, so I wouldn’t have been upset if there was one. However I was pleased to only experience a very short 2 week delay, which livelusso was prompt in telling me about. I wasn’t quite ready to receive the sofa so I very easily delayed the dispatch through my online account.

The delivery and communications throughout were very clear. The drivers contacted me with some options, and then gave me a half an hour pre-call before delivery. The guys were friendly and put the sofa in a room of my choice, assembled the legs and took away the old rubbish.

The sofa itself is comfy and good value for money - will shop with live lusso again throughout my home renovation!

Had to wait 6 weeks only to be told was delayed due to some water issue. Got a loan sofa as well as a bit of a discount. The loan sofa was that good, I didn’t want to give it back LOL. Ended up changing my order altogether and instead purchase the same model as the loan sofa, just in a different colour. I originally ordered the ancona, but then decied instead for the Pistoia as it’s a lot more comfy and cosy. It’s a shame that it took 14 weeks in total, but to be fair I did order just before xmas too so I was always expecting a bit of a delay lol. I’ll be back for an armchair once I get paid.

"I was one of the water damaged…"

I was one of the water damaged customers, and I have to give credit where its due, Sofia showed a lot of professionalism during the whole process. I can only imagine the nightmare of having to call 100+ customers to notify them of water damaged sofa after waiting 10 weeks! Ouch. But to her credit, she offered a discount, as well as a loan sofa that I could get all while they remade my original order with an expedited delivery date. How she did this I do not know! All I do know is 7 weeks later I received my new order. And guess what? They upgraded my fabric to a stain resistant one as a way of saying thanks. Apparently, the stain resistant thing lasts about 10 years…. Well my labrador might have something to say about that

All in all a bit of a rollercoaster, but sometimes I guess things are out of our control, having now had the sofa for over a week and the amount of compliments I’ve had, I’d say I’ve done quite well and will be back again ( lets hope It doesn’t rain this time lol ) BTW if you do get a velvet sofa and have pets, get yourself a cheap lint roller off amazon. Adios x

"Super cosy"

Was a bit sceptical of buying a sofa without trying as im very fussy about a sofa and how it has to be coszzzy. but I have no issues to date. Was worried it would be too firm like other sofas in a box, but it is very comfortable. The colour is beautiful and its stain resistant meaning its going to continue looking good for many years. Thanks

Definitely Scammers. Ordered a sofa then got email from them saying we need to wait 16 weeks,I can’t wait that long so I emailed them to cancel my order after 4 days.But got email said if want to cancel have to cancel it within 48 hours, try to phone them never got through.so email them to cancel my order again ,no response,Still waiting for the refund if not received the full refund I think I have to seek the legal advice .
Don’t order anything from them.

Scammers. Still waiting for the refund they promised me . I have emailed them so many times they don't answer .
They wanted me to take down my review down to get all of my money back.
I said no . So now they haven't given me any of my money back. I have all the evidence of this .
