Great choice of sofas and reasonable prices. Had to wait around 12 weeks for sofa to be delivered but it was worth it. Bought sofa for daughters room and she loves it, very comfortable and well made, great for having her friends over and finishes her newly decorated room perfectly. Great communication from live lusso with details of date and time of delivery

"Pretty good experience overall"
So we were part of the November 2023 order group who's item was water damaged in January. Henry communicated with us via email, we accepted the 10% refund, and decided to wait 10 weeks. We ordered a 3seater Chaise Long in Coffee Brown. The sofa did indeed arrive in their warehouse after 10 weeks as they said, however took another week for the shipping company to get in touch with us and to schedule the date. The 2 guys arrived as scheduled on the day, brought the 3 individual cartons up to the flat on the first floor, then unpackaged and connected up the sofa.
Overall given the sequence of events and the customer service througout, I would say LiveLusso kept us in the loop and tried their best to resolve issues. The couch is very nice and we look forward to getting it used. The main critique is that the coffee brown advertised isn't as dark/rich as they advertised on the website, however it's still a lovely colour.

Great customer service especially Henry who included regular updates on the dispatch of our order. The day before delivery we were given a time slot and on the day of delivery we were contacted by the courier. Really pleased with the product and will be back for more

Update: Customer Service has been in contact with me and really appreciated their effort in trying to help and giving me a gift card for a future purchase although if I'm honest, because of the bad experience I've had, I would not recommend this company.

I have ordered a sofa in November, before ordering I double checked dimensions as what was written in the description didn’t match the image showing dimensions. By email I was told the 3 seater sectional I wanted to order (Varese) was 85cm wide for each piece. I proceeded with the order. 9 weeks later I was told my sofa had been damaged in transport, given the option to get a refund or get the sofa remade I decided for the second one. Only a part of my sofa has been delivered today, after a total of 20 weeks wait. One piece is missing, had to spend half an hour on the phone between Livelusso and the delivery service (which is nothing like described on the website, definitely not a ‘premium delivery’ and more like 2 pretty impatient guys who just wanted to dump the incomplete order to me and didn’t even unpack the pieces). Now none of the 2 pieces I just got are the dimensions I was told. Instead of three 85cm pieces apparently I’m getting two 95cm and one 60cm wide. Customer service from Livelusso, on the phone explained to me that’s the only way they make this sofa. I told her to literally go on the image that’s on their website about the Varese 3 seaters and tell me if they look like 3 pieces of equal dimensions as I was told, she confirmed that’s what the image looks like but that the image is WRONG!! She proceeded to confirm that I was given, by email, in writing, some completely incorrect measurements. For the moment I have decided to wait for the last piece to be delivered to see if I can still make the new dimensions work in my living room because honestly I have been without a sofa for 2 months and I really need a sofa!! I am also reading about a lot of people not getting refunded as promised so honestly I’m scared of sending the sofa back and not getting my money back! Honestly I like the look of the sofa, but the measurements are not what I ordered and as I have just unpacked and inspected the sofa parts I got, I am noticing some damage on the fabric… stay away from this company if you can.

"Amazing sofa and just as good delivery service"
The sofa we purchased is perfect, but I have to say, the best thing, full stop, was the delivery service. The two man home delivery was terrific! Respectful, prompt, and very knowledgeable.. They delivered the sofa up 3 flights of stairs, took excess packaging away with them, and installed the legs for me too! fantastic service.. thank you!

Kept my money after requesting a refund.
I originally ordered a sofa in November and towards the end of January I received notification, as others have done, that the sofa was water-damaged in transit. At this point I was offered the option of 1) a full refund or 2) reordering the sofa with a 10% discount. I opted to reorder.
6 weeks later, by the beginning of March, I changed my mind, given how long the process had taken so far and doubts I had began to have about the quality of the sofa I would finally receive. So at this point, on March 11th, I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I was willing to stomach the cancellation fee.
But 3 weeks later, I have still not received the refund, and given this lengthy delay I am beginning to suspect they will not return the money.
If you want a sofa anytime soon, I'd avoid ordering a sofa with this company!

Excellent communication when I requested delayed delivery due to being away on holiday. My sofas arrived within the dedicated two hour slot and were safely packaged. I purchased the Columbia sofa with armchair. I am very satisfied with them, they are very stylish and look exactly as shown on the website. The velvet looks and feels luxurious. I am a happy customer. Thank you.
