"I received my two Gela sofas yesterday…"
I received my two Gela sofas yesterday after about 10 weeks since ordering. They were well worth the wait, absolutely love them. Very comfortable and great colour and they fit my room perfectly. The delivery company were very professional too. I received a call and text on the day to confirm delivery time slot and the sofa's were delivered to my front room. They were unboxed to check over and all packaging taken away. They even screwed the legs on which took no more than 5 minutes. This is the 4th purchase now from livelusso and I have always had a good service, never any problems. Thank you once again.

"Ended very well despite a few problems"
We were also affected by the water damage to our original order, and had to wait an additional ten weeks. We have now received our sofa and chairs and they are great quality. The leather is beautiful. The delivery company was very good too.
Despite the product being excellent, I have given the company four stars due to its inadequate communication at times.
There appears to be dissatisfaction with Henry in other reviews, but I found him to be most helpful and he responded rapidly and in an informative manner each time.

"Living room furniture "
I needed some new furniture for our living room. After spending days browsing different websites, I came across live Russo. Their designs were unique and the delivery time was far less compared to others. I can’t emphasise how happy and satisfied I am. The delivery was prompt and the furniture looked even nicer than in photos.

I ordered some new chairs for my living room. After receiving the samples I selected the material and sent the order through. I love how they turned out and the quality is amazing. They managed to deliver it before the estimated delivery time so I was very pleased with that. I've got my eye on a new sofa for my other room so will definitely be putting In another order for it as I'm so pleased with my new chairs.

First time visiting after a google search and was really impressed. The quality of the goods are great - design is just a little different from usual stuff and fab delivery service. Very impressed and will def be back.

"Three month delays and poor communication"
We initially placed an order for a sofa with Live Lusso in August 2023 on a 8-10 week lead time. The day before our delivery was due we chased the company for an update and to check and they notified us that the delivery would be delayed by two months. The second delivery date was again delayed by another month. The communication was terrible throughout the process and we couldn't speak to anyone directly, only via email with very slow responses. No compensation was offered after having our money for four months, just a refund the least they could have done. Would not recommend.

I also had the 'water damage' experience after waiting 10 weeks. Got the email Friday evening and didn't hear back through the weekend after requesting a refund so was freaking out a bit after seeing reviews here. However the refund was processed fairly promptly- confirmed by Tuesday and money back in my account by today (friday- one week after receiving water damage email) so sad to not get the couch but fairly happy that refund was taken care of swiftly

"We ordered a sofa and waited 3 months"
We ordered a sofa and waited 3 months. After 3 months we were told it arrived at the factory water damaged and would have to wait another 3 months. We requested a refund as we couldn’t wait another 3 months for a sofa. It took lots and lots of chasing (and a couple of weeks) to get a refund. Lots of times when I finally got through to someone on the phone they would hang up when I explained I was waiting for a refund.

Waited months and months - no responds to emails - finally came today cheap , different fabric to the image and sample, uneven seams , damaged legs was delivered in a sack !!!!! It is awful quality - I think this company is a scam
