Quick delivery, product well packaged and of good quality. Was told it was going to arrive in 9 weeks, but ended up arriving just shy of 8.

"Don't just don't order from this…"

Don't just don't order from this company. They have no integrity.
Ordered in early September, received the sofa mid February (they did have issues)
Communication has been spasmodic and stressful.
They collected week after delivery. Quality was awful and colour wasn't as expected.
4 weeks still no refund, although promised twice.

"Can't fault it"

Excellent service and product, cannot fault it at all. The Gela sofas we purchased was high quality and delivered promptly. The two delivery guys were exceptional.

I have had the best experience with livelusso.com and their customer service, particularly Harry. We had some sofas which unfortunately did not fit as we forgot to measure our landing section near the stairs. Harry went above and beyond in assisting with our return and refund (all online which I found so easy) - Harry was so polite, so professional and so friendly - he kept me updated every step of the way, and even sent me additional packaging to ensure our sofas could be collected and returned properly. I genuinely was blown away by the service, and would highly recommend livelusso.com to anyone. Thank you, Harry! You showed INCREDIBLE customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from livelusso.com again because of my experience!

"Take a seat please"

Was a bit sceptical of buying a sofa without trying but I have no issues to date. Was worried it would’t look anything like whats on the site ( we’ve all done it before lol ). But let me tell you, this sofa is now the centre piece of our living room. Oh the 2 tea bags in the swatch pack went down a treat too

"Painful and Disappointing "

Sadly, I'm having the same negative experience as the other recent reviewers. Despite placing an order late 2023, I have yet to receive any concrete information about when I can expect my order to be delivered. Dealing with the customer service team has been nothing short of painful, at times also being subjected to demeaning statements. I have to follow up multiple times in order to make an ounce of progress... and yet, still no couch (or resolution) in sight.

"Won't deliver and won't refund you"

This company is a scam and I wouldn't trust the other reviewers.

I ordered a sofa back in November, and up until today, I haven't received it. I had to reach out to them as they never update you on your order, and when I do it, multiple excuses have been given (too many orders received, issues with delivery, etc).

I asked for a refund as they haven't delivered my order, they said they cannot do a full refund and will charge me 25% fee.

I have now open a dispute with Paypal, will update the outcome. But please, save your self and don't fall for this scam.
