Our experience is similar to the negative reviews below. We bought the sofa with a garantee it would be delivered prior to xmas, purchased on 9/10. Again similar to other reviews the sofa was water damaged in transit. I was offered a further discount of 15%. We thought lets give them the benefit of doubt as its an unforeseen event and we believed in the product. Sadly I'm still awaiting my agreed 20% discount that was authorised and still no sofa or money back. A number of emails later and nothing, the promise for the % refund was made on the 15/12, I was advised this would take 5-7 days, this has passed sometime ago. I worry this business has a real cash flow issue. Buyer be aware. Its a shame that a total lack of communication will ultimately sour a positive initial experience. I see no option but to request a refund. Thankfully we bought the sofa on our credit card. Its a real shame its got to this point. With a heavy heart I can confirm the negative reviews below are accurate. I'm happy to receive a call or email from livelusso to discuss my dissatisfaction and give them a chance to resolve the issues. Update as of 30/1, I just recieved a verfication from trust pilot to verify my review, obviously this review is being contested by livelusso. Well I verified my order number so it should now stick.

Update: 25th January
As confirmed below my sofa was now expected by 10th January. It was then communicated it’s the week of 15th. I requested an update only to be informed it’s now 31st. I have since requested a refund on the 22nd January as this feels like never ending delays and my patience has expired. The refund process takes 5 to 7 days so will update here if this is fulfilled or not and given the three month wait for my sofa I would hope so. Interesting to see the sofa I ordered last October was £700 and is now being sold for £1300.

As another customer who was informed that my £700 sofa was water damaged in transit I was offered a 15% discount to reorder or choose an in stock option (none of which bore any resemblance to my sofa) It seems from reviews another customer was offered a full refund. This was not offered as an option in an email. I have asked why this was the case as seems alarming given another 10 week wait.
In 1.5 weeks and two emails and a whatsapp message today there didn’t seem any point waiting for a response given the negative comments on here about customer communications being ignored when things go wrong. I have asked for a refund given production hasn’t commenced (no email to say otherwise)
It seems live lusso are more proactive on Trust Pilot given it’s a public domain but significantly less so with their ‘valued customers’
Live lusso cause undue stress and can only recommend buying elsewhere.

Livelusso was very helpful although my suite was late it was worth it it was delivered on the time scale the drivers said not any hassle well organised overall I am very happy with it hopefully I won’t need to use the 15 year guarantee from a very happy customer thanks

Delighted! I ordered a leather sofa that was in stock so luckily I didn’t need to wait 10 weeks like others. (It is very cheap for real Italian leather, so I am sceptical and have contacted the company for confirmation that it is in fact real leather) I needed something before Xmas as I am hosting my family this year. I love my sofa and I have already ordered a matching ottoman to go with it which I’ll need to wait for as it’s made to order but I don’t mind that.

"Are they legitimate?"
Just over 60 days (almost 9 weeks) since the order was placed and I've received an email stating the sofa was damaged in transit alongside a number of others. Offered either an 'in stock' sofa or a 15% refund and waiting 6 more weeks for another sofa. Starting to get concerned that this is a scam and considering asking for a refund and initiating a chargeback if I have no success with their customer service.

Fantastic product!!! Worth the 10 weeks wait. Sofa is very comfortable and has a fantastic minimalist look. The pictures online don't do justice as you only see it as an L shape, however, the L is removable so you can easily turn it into a 3 seater and leg rest or change the L shape from left to right. Great service also. We have been updated always and arrived at the time said.

Amazing quality! Superb experience from start to end. Delivery team were very helpful and polite too. Must also give mention of Sarah in customer services who helped make corrections with my order. I wont hesitate in recommending this company to others.
