Was initially a bit concerned about timings and quality after reading the other reviews. However our sofa was only 2 weeks later than planned and they were easy to contact through the chat function. The sofa was really well packaged and great quality. Would use livelusso again, really delighted with the product.

I have made two purchases recently, the first one an armchair very good quality and love the feel of the leather, was packed carefully and looked exactly like the picture. I’ve then followed up with another small sofa which I hope will be equally good.

Amazing, what more can I say! Luxurious velvet both to look at and touch, stain resistant, built to last. I can tell you I’ve had my fair share of sofas over the years, and this one is built to last and is easy to maintain. Its been just over a month and still looks soooo good

Our sofa arrived well packaged earlier than scheduled. It was great that their deliver team allowed us a week extra so we could finish painting. Now that its arrived we love every bit of it.

Do not believe the 5* ratings as they are fake! They intentionally told trust pilot to remove this review before so I had to re-review again.
I ordered a sofa for delivery December 2023 however the day I was supposed to receive my order I received an email stating that my order got damaged during transportation and this was after 3months of waiting. I contacted them after several emails and they eventually offered me a 20% discount and apologised so I gave them a benefit of a doubt to wait for my sofa to be reordered and redelivered.
Few days before January 30th, I received an email stating that my order should arrive my January 30th. On the day I was expecting this order I received another email stating that there has been delays with my order. At this point my frustrating has reached its limit, I phoned the company on 5th February and I was informed that they have now changed a delivery company so the other delivery company they are using now should receive my order on 6th February and they will contact me to arrange for delivery. I did not trust them anymore after long wait and inconsistent stories so I asked for them to give the delivery company contact number so I can contact them on 6th February 2024. I contacted this delivery company on 6th and they said they have not received any order from LIVELUSSO. I then attempted to contact the company but no one picked up the call. After a day, I received an email with apologies and sweet talk, stating that the delivery company should receive my order on Wednesday the 7th or 8th. On Thursday the 8th I again called the delivery company and they did not have my order. I then called LIVELUSSO again several times but again no one picked up. After a while I received a phone call from stating that they cannot give me a date for when I will receive my sofa as it was going through quality checks. Quality checks only takes few minutes to check so why a date could not be set. I then informed them that if I don’t get a date and receive my order my that week I want a full refund of my money back. I received an email that evening stating that they can offer me £75 discount for the inconvenience and the quality checks have given them a deadline of 22nd February however they cannot give me an exact date of when my sofa will be delivered. At this point, I asked for a full refund of the money back which they eventually refunded.

I waited 6months for my sofa and it never arrived! They wasted my time 6 MONTHS!!! and caused me soo much stress. LIVELUSSO is a disgrace!
I believe that they will send a generic responds to this making it seem as if they are professional but it’s completely fake!

"Dreadful Company - Steer Clear"

My sofa arrived a month ago and had to be returned as they sent the incorrect sofa! The full refund requested has still not been paid - 25 days after the sofa being returned! Email and numerous voicemails are not being responded to - I so wish I had read the lesser reviews and would have surely stayed well clear! From day one it has been a catalogue one thing after another - too many to go into detail. One example - my request to move the delivery date I was told was not a problem but Live Lusso did not process my request and I had to deal with the Courier direct myself to resolve and no white glove service either as promised. I was offered a discount to keep the sofa I did not order. I did not order so why would I want to keep it! I was told that the sofa I ordered they do not stock and it should not have been on their website. Why was I not informed when I placed my order that this was the case. The sofa in question is still active on their website when apparently, they do not stock it!! I now have had no sofa for a month and cannot fund a new one until I get my owed funds. I am now in the process of seeking legal advice. The amount of stress this has caused and the frustration of being ignored is adding to that. Steer well clear of this Company - One star.... I would rate it zero if Trust Pilot allowed. Think twice before purchasing and if in doubt, read the lesser reviews!

"Ordered sofa December Doubled delivery time no contact"
Ordered sofa December. Received email stating 10-14 weeks. no contact for months when I did get in touch to chase I was told that they had changed their terms on the website and was now looking at 20 weeks (double) I've chased for updates and nothing. Called the only number on their website and voice mail to say they can take the call. I've no idea whether this will ever arrive. Weeks with no response. It's not worth the stress tbh. This is still in Sales stage so god knows how after care would be! Really disappointing and quite stressful

I am very happy with my Gela sofa. The only criticism I can make is that I thought the Columbia armchair would have been delivered at the same time as the sofa, but Henry said its coming next week. So all in all not too bad I guess

After having a nightmare with another online retailer, we are so pleased with our purchase from livelusso. The ordering system and product information was excellent. The sofa arrived extremely securely wrapped so was in perfect condition. Assembly was done by the 2 man delivery team and was straightforward and quick. The sofa is comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you.
