Emma remembered us from contacting her a few weeks prior, and we were really impressed at how she picked up from where we left off, knew exactly what we'd asked prior, and where we needed to go in terms of design selection and made it a total breeze. We'll be back for some more soon

"Delay, poor quality stitching, wrong colour, pending return and refund"

I would strongly advise NOT to purchase from Livelusso. Their website depicts lovely sofas so we placed our order back in early May 2024, for the Ancona 3 seater sofa, with an 8 to 12 week delivery lead time. We received an email after 3 months saying it will be delayed due to being held in the Suez Canal region which seemed rather odd. After enquiring further to ask what this means, we were emailed back the following day that our sofa has now been offloaded and would be delivered soon following their quality inspection. We received our sofa on September 9th 2024. The sofa was a different 'grey linen' colour and rub count from the swatch we received and the stitching is of poor quality - particularly around the seat cushions and arms where the stitching is not straight and skews. After enquiring further, we were informed they changed suppliers and the sample colour swatch we ordered from was no longer valid. This is something they should have brought to our attention when we made the purchase, considering all our orders were on their system, including the sample swatch orders. We have since been trying to request a return and refund as we are within the 30 day return period, mainly due to the faulty stitching. They are trying to charge us with a restocking fee which does not apply to faulty items as noted on their website and there has been no real solution or customer service to help us with this return or collection. I have been liaising with Henry Thomas, Anna and now Charlotte who responded today, (Anna/ Charlotte also replies on the same email), all of whom have not executed their duty of customer care. I have been waiting for weeks at a time for a proper response to help resolve our issue. They are only reachable via email and I can never reach them on their contact phone number, nor have I received any requested call backs. As of today, Charlotte has come back with a response saying the restocking fee will not apply and they have requested to book a return but without any further details. They may arrange collection should this get resolved properly and I am concerned they will unlawfully keep our money without fulfilling their responsibilities to the customer, despite the obvious faults on this sofa. Please save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This process could have been much easier if they had a proper customer service team to resolve this in a helpful and timely manner.

"Steven saved my backside"

I ended up having to rush out during the delivery time slot and so panther ended up taking the sofa back. I managed to call steven who immediately relayed the info to panther, and they managed to deliver on their way back past my house which was such a relief as I had taken the day off. Excellent prompt service, or else I would have had to take another day off. thanks steven
