"Do not buy any trencher that is not self powered"

I bought the incorrect unit and now have to suffer hauling a 400 Lbs unit around because the unit I obtained is not self powered. Do not buy this unit unless you are very strong. The unit operates correctly, with no issues. I wish the sales staff had discussed the machine to make sure I was buying what I thought was a self powered unit. (self powered was what I was looking at originally, and thought that was what I ordered ) Staff friendly, and shipping fast. Will order from you again.

I ordered 1/8" ss hyd ball valve on 9/13, website said it was in stock. called today 9/21 and was told my order was ready to ship. Got home to my home computer and found an email saying my item was now out of stock, but it was noted as an 1/4" size not the 1/8" size I ordered. I reply emailed to note this and the size correction. and you want a good review???? the order hasn't shipped yet and is already AFU.
