This is the second time I have ordered equipment for my company. I was extremely nervous because of all the very poor reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased, the quality was good. The first time the shipping took a good week. This time about four business days. Pricing made it worthwhile.

I was charged $75 for a liftgate service to have a1300 lb 2 post auto lift dropped off at my residence. Their trucking company called to say they did not have that service avaiable. I called toolots, and said I had other equipment I could get it off the truck. They said OK and call back after delivery. I rented a trailer and picked the lift up in RI. where they had forwarded the lift from MA. It was supposed to be delivered to MA. Chase has been in touch with toolots and toolots sent documentation to Chase as to why toolots will not refund the $75.00. More Lies!
