"I love Time4Writing"

I love Time4Writing because my daughter is able to work independently. She is able to work ahead but she can't blow right through the course either because she has to wait for tutor responses. I appreciate the pace that they set. I also love that everything is online and that makes record keeping much easier.

Absolutely loved this as did my son. Course was challenging and I liked that he could not do too much at once. And you have to wait for quiz and test grades. He loved Ms. Nicole's feed back. He couldn't wait to read them

Students have to wait 24hrs for feedback which can be frustrating and non productive. It would be good to have online marking for simple assignments and teacher could review and provide feedback base on these results.

i think that you need to put some free lessons on here, because what if some people can't pay your prices and they are already scrapping to pay for homeschool, so just PLEASE put some free lessons on there for the students and the parents sake!

My son just completed a high school course with Mrs. Derr. He really improved his writing skills. We are so pleased with the course. He's on to the next one. Thank you Mrs. Derr and Time4writing.

"This was really disappointing"

This was really disappointing. I enrolled both of my kids. They both struggle with writing to an extent. They both got a lot of negative feedback, and even though they were on the fast track schedule, so many assignments were returned that we almost needed an extension. In fairness to the program, we did take our Christmas break, so we didn’t have as much time to complete the program. My daughter ended up in tears on several occasions when her assignments that she worked so hard on were returned with a 1/100 score. I don’t think my son made any improvement at all.

"This course is easy to access and use"

This course is easy to access and use. Objectives are clear and the feedback from an experienced teacher is great to have. The student and parent can see all grades and feedback from the teacher.

My 16 year old son took the High School Mechanics course by Ms. Derr. He told me that he learned a lot from the course and teacher. The feedbacks from Ms Derr and her substitute - Ms Doss - are prompt and comprehensive. They are courteous and professional, and at the same time critical and don't make it easy for him. He enjoyed working on the assignments, treated the feedbacks seriously, and made good effort to rework (if needed) promptly. At the end he made great improvements, and he is looking forward to enrolling into the next course.

"A touch expensive but well worth it!"

It is a little expensive for a single course but overall, it was very professional and the teacher was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this site and it's courses. My daughter's writing noticeably improved in one course and she is already looking forward to the next.
