Estupendo! Todo llegó antes de lo que esperaba. El servicio de atención al cliente son súper amables y muy eficaces.

"Disappointing lack of transparency and poor service"

I’ve placed 6 orders with Blue Tomato, spending over €1000 in total, and while I was initially satisfied, the experience has gone downhill. This latest order is the last straw: an item worth over €200 was shipped using the cheapest delivery option (FedEx International Economy) without any notice, leading to an excessively long wait and very poor service.But that’s not all. Previously, they sent me a skateboard without any internal protection in the box and even a defective surfboard. On top of that, if you pay with PayPal, they claim they can’t offer replacements, but this is not clearly stated on their website. All of this highlights a concerning lack of transparency in their processes.As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and at least some attention to detail. Now I’m seriously considering not buying here again unless they drastically improve both their communication and service quality.

I’m editing my review: the delivery finally arrived, although it was a week late. Communication with Blue Tomato has always been good.

Välttäkää verkkokaupasta tilaamista ellette ole valmiina palauttamaan tuotteita tarvittaessa liikkeeseen. Itse yritin palauttaa osan tuotteista paketissa mukana tulleella palautustarralla, mutta pakettia ei saanut matkaan, koska tarran koodi ei toiminut. Tilaukseni oli about 250€ arvoinen eli oikeutettu ilmaiseen palautukseen. Ei auttanut muu kuin mennä tekemään palautus liikkeeseen ja omalla paikkakunnallani ei ole Blue Tomaton liikettä, niin aikaa ja vaivaa sekä bensaa tähän kului. Liikkeessä sain vastaukseksi, että kyllä palautuslähetyksen olisi pitänyt toimia... no niin minunkin mielestäni olisi pitänyt, mutta eipä toiminut. Ei pahoittelua, ei korvausta, ei mitään! Aivan luokattoman huono palautussysteemi ja huonoa asiakaspalvelua.

Das Board wurde erst 3 Werktage nach Bestellung versandt und kam erst nach 6 Tagen an, statt wie angegeben nach 2-4 Tagen. Dadurch kam das Board erst an, als wir schon auf dem Weg in den Urlaub waren und die Tochter war sehr traurig.

Einwand frei hab schon mehrfach da bestellt bis jetzt immer alles super außer bei der letzten Bestellung da hat am pullover ein sticker gefehlt da hing nur noch die Befestigung aber sonst einwandfrei top
