Som altid tilfreds med købet. Men meget utilfreds med FedEx! Ville ønske de brugte et andet fragtfirma der har bedre styr på deres leveringstider så man undgår at spilde hele dage på at få at vide de først kommer mellem 09.50 og 22. Dagen efter.

The entire user experience, from browsing, ordering, payment, tracking and delivery, including the return policy, is very transparent, fast, easy, and trustworthy! What makes me order from blue tomato is the extensive product list, and def the discount vouchers - unlike other brands who seem to be "afraid" of giving them.
Keep on improving and I'm sure you guys will increase your numbers in loyal clients!

"Scam with discounts on website? Nope, they were very correct!"

I bought a snowboard from Blue Tomato for 311 euros (40% discount). Everything was paid, but suddenly I received an email that the order was canceled because the product was no longer in stock. This, while it was listed as available on the website. I wanted size 156, but size 159 is also fine. This size is still listed as available on the website. But when I now look at the price, it suddenly costs 389 euros (only 20% discount). Where did the 40% discount go...

I've send them an email. If they can deliver the 159 board at the same price, I will change my opinion about this company. To be continued I guess...

Update: had contact with blue tomato on whatsapp, very responsive! I had to order the 159 board and they paid back the difference! The same day it was on my account. Very good company!!

Update 2: reveiced my new snowboard! Very cool board against a good price! BT did what they promised. Highly recommendable!

"Have not even received my order"

Order was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of may but its almost a week from then (5 days) and i still haven't received it. They haven't even emailed me to let me know why it has not arrived yet

I ordered a thrasher shirt for vacation which had a few defects and as i didn't have time to return it, they offered a little extra discount for me to keep it. The costumer service on trustpilot is super, thanks. I'm glad... It was my first time placing an order from Blue Tomato, but after this experience i'll definetely order again. They have a fine costumer service on mail, but it seems different people provides different decisions and replies.

"No issues and fast response"

No issues with the shopping process whatsoever. Clear tracking of what the status of the order is. One item from my order was missing from their warehouse at the time of the order, but they sent it separately at a later date with no additional cost. I wouldn't have minded to wait for all of them to be shipped, so it was not needed, but a pleasant surprise.

The return process was also fast, as I got a message that the items arrived at their warehouse on the same day they should've arrived, and another one that the amount was refunded on the very next day.

Also visited on of their shops in Innsbruck and the staff is quick to help you if you need anything.

Overall recommended.
