"Waste of time !!"

Ordered a shirt with no postage to pay. 2-4 days delivery was stated , those days went and then I had a email giving me a date of delivery, that date was cancelled for some reason. Another date was given but nothing arrived I then had a email that they had tried to deliver, another lie. Fed X delivered today and gave it to someone I don’t even know, still no shirt. BT stop using Fed X, this has happened numerous times now.

I was in Vienna for holidays when I visited this shop and purchased a jacket, a few days later when I decided to wear it, I realised that it was ripped close to the zipper and for my unfortunate experience the shop was closed for Easter, so I couldn’t exchange it in the shop.
After almost 10 days trying to get help through the costumer service, they decided they will give me a voucher as soon as I return the jacket, which is fair, however, there’s no Blue Tomato in the UK (place where I live) and they expect me to keep the voucher as a souvenir (for my understanding as there no shop here).
Very unhappy and disappointed with this shop!

"Good prices, but had to wait a month"

Ordered snowboard boots more than 3 weeks before snowboarding trip. They should have arrived in time even in the worst-case scenario, but...

A few days later got an email that the boots are not at the warehouse and will take 7 more business days to arrive.

Ok, that's not good, it won't be in time for the trip. I wrote an email to the support, asking for express delivery once the items arrive (should take 1-3 business days + 7 business days for the boots to make it to the warehouse, so should make it in time). Got express delivery for "free", so that's nice.

Well, 3+ weeks go by and I'm onthe mountain with rental boots... I got my boots delivered exactly 1 month after I made an order which should have arrived in 2-3 weeks (or 1-3 days with express delivery).

Can't complain too much otherwise though, boots arrived in good quality and the price beats everything I could find elsewhere.

Masse problemer med frakt og levering. Det tar lang tid å få varen, og FedEx som er fraktselskapet de bruker er bare rot. Det har vært rot med både min og en venn sin pakke. Skal du kjøpe skateutstyr bruk en norsk butikk.

"Hälfte der Bestellung nicht mehr verfügbar"

Am 26.03. eine Bestellung mit 4 Artikeln aufgegeben, am 27. bekomme ich eine Mail, dass einer der Artikel nur verzögert lieferbar ist. Kurz darauf kommt die nächste Mail, dass ein weiterer Artikel überhaupt nicht mehr lieferbar ist.
Somit habe ich die Bestellung umgehend schriftlich komplett storniert.

Anstatt einer Stornobestätigung bekomme ich am 02.04. eine Mail, dass meine Bestellung unterwegs ist.
Vielen Dank für nichts!

Nachdem ich erneut eine Mail geschrieben habe, wurde zumindest der verzögert lieferbare Artikel storniert. (Auf die Rückzahlung warte ich noch!)

Nun darf ich für eine Bestellung die ich rechtzeitig storniert habe, da die Hälfte dieser nicht lieferbar war (obwohl online als verfügbar angegeben) unnötig zur Post und das Paket wieder zurückschicken.
