I ordered a new pair of snowboarding boots from Blue-Tomato and the site said that they should get to me on 4-6 days. 4 days later I get a message in German (which I do not speak) saying that my order is being cancelled because they do not have inventory.

Very slow delivery times. I have been waiting for an item for 18 days. Still no sign of it. I guess i wont have any new boots for my holiday.

( Order no. 96015716 ) deployed overseas I bought some hoodies as Christmas presents for family. The company verifies address with me and I let them know the country is different, they reaffirm the correct address is on the shipping information. I hear back from customs and pay a fee for my package to come through DHL. Only after paying more than 60$ regular shipping and another 12$ with customs do I find out the company doesn’t deliver to military installations. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service. I’m emailing now hoping they can send the sold-out hoodies to another address and if not then at the VERY LEAST do a full refund.

Commande passée il y a 5 jours pour des boots de snowboard (marquées disponibles)... je reçois un mail ce jour m'indiquant que l'article n'est pas en stock et qu'il doit être réapprovisionné chez le fournisseur (avec un délai annoncé de 11jours environ).
A noter qu'en allant sur le site aujourd'hui, l'article est encore marqué disponible (1 disponible).
Le départ pour mes vacances de snow est dans 16 jours... Suspense !
Edit 21/02/2024 : Appel le 19/02 auprès du service client pour avoir un statut, Marie s'occupe de mon cas et me conseille de changer de produit pour être sur de recevoir ma commande avant mon départ. Elle s'est occupé de tout après avoir choisi une alternative. Merci Marie! Très bon service client donc malgré le problème sur la commande initiale.
(Je passe la note de 1 à 3... et +1 à venir si je reçois bien la commande à temps!)

"Bin echt enttäuscht!"

Bin echt enttäuscht!! Habe ein Snowboard inkl Bindung bestellt! Habe dann nach einer Woche erst die Bindung erhalten, das Board ist verloren gegangen .. dieser Prozess dauerte nun mehr als 3 Wochen, bis ich endlich eine Rückmeldung erhalten habe!! Das Board hab ich nie mehr erhalten, weil es im Endeffekt verloren gegangen ist! Ich wurde zudem noch als Trottel abgestempelt, dass ich etwas falsch verstanden hätte etc. Also nie mehr bestelle ich bei euch! Ich habe weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung erhalten, für das, dass ich mit dem Versandunternehmen, Blue Tomatoe etc. mich dumm und deppert telefoniert habe! Danke für nichts!
