Was looking for a new board as an intermediate rider looking to buy my own and stop renting.

I called in for product advice, and Max helped me a lot!
My questions were very detailed, and long because I was looking to understanding all aspects of a snowboard.

Max was patient, and very thorough in helping me understanding how the different aspects effected the board, and the way it rides. (Bend, base, stiffness, shape, effective length and etc.)

I have bought the Gnu 4x4 with bindings, and feel confident that it is the right choice!

I have now ordered from the Bluetomato Online shop 3 separate times this month and every single order did not meet the expected delivery time stated when I purchased the items. The first order had an expected delivery time of 2-4 working days. I reached out after not getting any updates for 4 DAYS and was ignored for 2 more days when I got informed that my order hadn't even been dispatched... AFTER 5 working days. I was able to cancel that order and purchase in-store as I needed the items that week. The other 2 deliveries were dispatched after 2 days and will take another 2 days at least, for the delivery when the expected delivery time was 1-3 days.

"Snowboard pants"

I ordered snowboard pants from this site due to the good price. I didn't get any order confirmation or anything for the first few days. It was a bit strange and that's why I decided to write an email, but no answer. When the pants finally arrived, I tried them on and when they fit, I put them away for the next ski trip. After about 10 days, I went on the ski trip and put on my pants, and in one of the side pockets I discovered a still-wrapped (unused) tampon. I was shocked when I discovered this and decided to email them if someone had used the pants and then returned them and they resold them without any inspection of the goods, or what happened. No response again. In general, delivery took longer and their customer service clearly doesn't care about their customers at all, which is very disappointing. Not going to order any more from this website.
