I've bought Season Skis together with Armada bindings. The prices were the best I could find and also I've got free mounting of the bindings. The timing of my order was tricky but Katharina from blue tomato made sure that my order will come in time - thank you!

Overall highly recommended :)

"Gelebte Intoleranz"

Bin ab und an Blue Tomato Kunde. Als solcher hab ich mir im Shop in Schladming "Burton Aluminium Mats" im Paket zu 6 Stück gekauft. Hab diese auf das trockene Board geklebt. Am Tag darauf haben sich bei den ersten Abfahrten 3 Stück dieser Mats gelöst. Natürlich auf Nimmerwiedersehen. Hab dies im Shop reklamiert. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen, keinerlei Kulanz. Lapidarer Kommentar: Sie werden diese Mats nicht mehr verkaufen. Da hab ich was davon!! Werd sicher bei Blue Tomato nichts mehr kaufen. Schon gar nicht weiterempfehlen. Gibt genug Alternativen.

My rating can be updated depending on the end of my experience.

EDIT 12/01:
Customer Service seem to be easier to reach by Whatsapp.
The cancellation of my order seems to be taken into account and I should receive the refund soon.
If true (when I see it), I would totally change my review as it was a good experience today, fast answer and fair process.

I ordered 2 items, one of which was said to be shipped 7-10 days max.
I received the first one, and still waiting for any update concerning the second.

I tried my best getting in touch with any service of their chat (you can choose between Customer Service or "Product Advice" as I was open to switching item provided I receive the new faster.

I opened like 4 to 5 chats during the day, morning, afternoon, evening, and yet no answer whatsoever.
I finally cancelled my order since my trust in the shop has been lowered due to this experience.

I'm waiting to be contacted by the Customer Service team to find out the details about the cancellation confirmation and refund time & amount.

I'll study the T&C but I hope I won't have to transfer this to my Legal Advice to work it out (I've lost too much time myself today already trying to reach out to someone).

Anyway, bad experiences do happen sometimes and it might all end well if I'm contacted and refunded in time.
