Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe che dovevano essere il regalo di Natale per mio figlio e al momento dell'acquisto mi garantivano la consegna entro Natale. Morale della favola se non mi recavo nella filiale FedEx il pacco non si sa quando sarebbe arrivato.
Non acquisterò più su questo sito si sono dimostrati poco affidabili

commandé skis+fixations avec service de montage. reçu un mail 2 jours plus tard m'informant que le montage n'est pas possible…bon, mieux vaut être précis.
les skis sont arrivés montés mais pas selon les spécifications données et les bottes ne conviennent pas. Impossible de contacter le service client. 600 € à la poubelle. bonne année

"55 euros gone, bye!"

Never recieved the package. It was so called delivered to a non existent neighbour with a fake name. Weeks later, the Blue Tomato team told me that they "tried" to deliver the package again, but I "refused" apparantly. So enjoy my €55 euros.
Customer service practically unavailable and inreliable.

I made an order for a helmet and snowboard goggles! For now only the helmet arrived. In the past I didn't have problems with them and the customer support was perfect!

Later edit 9 Jan 2024. The customer support was perfect and they resolved my problem! Today I got my missing googles! Thank you very much! For sure I will recomend to all my friends Blue Tomato! let's hope that in the future we will also have a physical store in Romania, but for now online shopping is flawless!

Jeg bestilte to kasketter d 20 Nov. 2023 med o-nr 95891492. Dagen efter får jeg mailen om, at pakken er afsendt med track id: 786680081723 som ikke virker.

Datoen er idag 4 Jan. 2024. Det er altså 45 dage siden. Jeg har stadig intet hørt og modtager ingen svar på mine mails. Pengene er trukket…

"4 weeks on and i'm still trying to get my order"

Made an order on the 5th of december, a month later, many emails and still no reasonable solution.
Package sent, never received. Fedex apparently to blame. No reason given. Left with no christmas present even after several emails to blue tomato. Then receive a refund from nowhere, no explanation. More emails sent where their only suggestion was to reorder the item at a now significantly higher price. Last email email even seemed quite rude and appeared to suggest i was being unreasonable not wanting to pay more money.
Not best pleased

Hasta que reciba el pedido la experiencia está siendo negativa.
Debería haberlo recibido hace 11 días.
Después de reclamarlo vía blue tomato me dicen de seguir esperando hasta que la empresa de paquetería les responda por email, y que no pueden hacer nada más, en vez de llamarles directamente y resolver un problema rápidamente, algo que se espera de un intermediario.
Un feedback muy precario, es como hablar con un robot, sensación de ayudar nula.
