Also ich bin enttäuscht die Filiale in Oberwart eine Katastrophe. Bin jetzt nach Jahren auf Step on Bindung umgestiegen da ich neue Schuhe brauchte gr. 46 keine Chance die Filiale konnte keine besorgen gut hab ich sie online bestellt bei de Bindung hieß es kein Problem wird bestellt sie melden sich nach drei Wochen wo sich noch immer keiner gemeldet hat bin ich mal hingefahren. Als ich dort war war anscheinend eine neue Kollegin dort die mir erstmal aus dem Weg ging wie sich herausstellte im Nachhinein sie hatte keine Ahnung aber das is ma egal.da dann eine Kollegin kam die sich auskannte. Auf Nachfrage wegen meine Bindung hieß es nur wir haben sie telefonisch kontaktiert aber ich hatte nie einen Anruf am Handy. Trotz allem meine Bindung war nicht im Shop sie konnten sie nicht bestellen. Tja dieser Shop sieht mich nicht mehr und ehrlich die Angestellten haben meiner Meinung nach auch nicht wirklich viel Ahnung.

"Oder cancelled without explanation or contacting me"

I made an order selecting an option to receive it in a local branch of Blue Tomato, paid online and after several days my order was cancelled without any notifications, clarifications or explanations. My letter at support was not answered and also phone is barely reachable (only answering machine). When I finally got through and was able to talk to a representative they told me that order cancellation was not their problem, but a problem of their carrier (if I understand correctly, DHL).
Again, having a problem, they didn't contact me, didn't clarify the situation, didn't explain what happened, didn't ask me about possible ways to resolve the issue. They just cancelled the order I was expecting (need to have it for upcoming avalance training). Now I lost time to get the product in time and they just are rude answering the phone call, saying "Are you done with your indignation? Bye!"
I don't recommend buying in this shop, unless you have no other options.

Be very careful buying from this company

Bought a jacket for a trip in cold weather that I needed

This company are sending out orders at a discounted price that were returns. I received a Volcom jacket with marks on it and missing zipper pulls and it's marked as NEW.
It didn't even arrive in a plastic packaging like all Volcom "New" items should.

Let's just say I won't be buying from here again and wouldn't recommend using them if they can't even state its a return at a discounted price. Not checked before being shipped and just fired out to whoever pays the money

"Do not expect your delivery to arrive…"

Do not expect your delivery to arrive on time they did not have the item in stock even though it said they did. Stated 3-5 business days and it’s been 11 and still no item…. Going snowboarding tomorrow with out a board now! Customer services are really sarky! Great help…….! According to FedEx they are notorious for filing the wrong paper work when sending to the UK.

Fick superbra hjälp av John i Göteborgsbutiken! Jag berättade för honom om mitt ärende, att sonens (nybörjar-) bräda (köpt annanstans) gått sönder knappt två veckor innan avresa till en väldigt efterlängtad skidsemester. Alltså ganska tight att hinna skaffa en ny! John var superengagerad i att hjälpa oss att hitta en bra ny bräda som skulle funka för sonen enligt åkstil och preferenser och som också skulle hinna komma fram i tid. Nu håller vi tummarna att den gör det :)
