"Awesome service"

Awesome service. I ordered a snowboard + bindings. Picked them both up at the store. Got home and noticed that the bindings weren't the right size for my boots (even though the brand site of the bindings said it would fit). I returned the bindings to the store, a bigger size didn't seem to fit either. The Amsterdam Blue Tomato store owner didn't give up until we found the right binding for me, even after closing time. Got a great holiday on my new board and bindings because of him. Thanks!

"More than 3weeks -still waiting"

Ordered on 1.1.2024 snb and bindings which were in stock and should have been delivered in around 7 days. It is more than 3weeks now. The snb and binding went out of stock, then in stock again, then out of stock.

.



I was planning to use the gear this year, unfortunately not. I hope it will at least arrive some day.

The only think cust. service was able to do for me was send me voucher code for 10€ if I spent another 55€ which is ridiculous. I just want to get info about my order and ride. It will soon be a month lost of riding and no info about shipping at all.



UPDATE:
Got my board delivered 9th of February ( more than a MONTH LATER than stated when orderin). 2 skiing trips ruined. Customer service here replied for statistic reasons obviously. No compensation or "making things faster" did not happen after I gave details. Would have been happy and greatful if they wpuld juat use fast delivery option after their mistake. But no:) So definitely do not recommend. If you have a chance to get your stuff elsewhere even for a higher price, just do it. My costs for not delivering in reasonable time was high.

"Lätt att beställa men när leveransden…"

Svaret från BT, att dim testat att köra ut min vara och att jag inte varit hemma..... Jo, jag var hemma. Enligt paketspåraren fanns varan i stockholm. Fick lov att både maila och ringa för att kunna hämta ut. Verkar vara många som klagar på FedEx. Kanske dax att byta leverantör....


Lätt att beställa men när leveransen krånglar är det inte mycket man kan göra. Fått mail från BT om att varan ej kan levereras och att jag ska gå in på leverantörens länk och boka ny leverans, vilket inte går. Enligt fedEx går varan inte att leverera från Örebro till Arlanda för vidare transport till dalarna. BT går inte heller att kontakta utan bara ett nummer till Österrike. Får jag ens tillbaka pengarna???

"Issues with returning items as they are outside the UK"

Update: The jacket arrived back in the UK after about 6 months! We have returned it to Blue Tomato again, this time successfully - they have agreed to refund us which is why I have updated the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Original Feedback:
We bought two jackets from this company as my daughter was unsure which one she wanted. We immediately returned the unwanted one to Blue Tomato but they are claiming to have not received it when we have clear proof of postage. I think Blue Tomato should warn all customers in the UK about their unreliable returns operation - clearly they are not properly set up for this market. This has now cost me over £125 and far too much time and effort. On a positive note my daughter is happy with the jacket she kept hence the two stars - credit where credit is due!
