Fabulous service. They had the guitar I wanted, but it was a very long way to travel. I was very nervous about buying an expensive PRS over the phone, but I needn't have been. Leon gave superb service. Organised a Saturday delivery to fit around my busy schedule, and communicated updates to me via email (including additional photos). Guitar arrived on time, well packaged, in perfect condition, and beautifully set up.

As I live in Germany I bought my Vigier Excalibur over the Wildwire webstore and had only contact per email. But nevertheless my customer experience was excellent.
