"Happy customer during lockdown…"

I contacted superfi during lockdown about a quote I'd had from the Lincoln store a few weeks before. Even in these difficult times, they were very helpful in getting the products I wanted and they even price matched what I had been quoted in store and included delivery for free. Amazing service, thank you Superfi!

Fantastic service ordered at 3pm they hadn't even received the stock order but cables made and delivered next morning at 9.30. Steve was very noligable and helpfull. my chord epic x speaker cables made a huge difference I will use this company in future for all my hifi needs.

"Tried to buy a TV but they wouldn't let me!"

Ordered a TV online and then received no further communication other than a confirmation of order and invoice. 5 days after the order was placed I called them to ask where the TV was and they told me my payment was not authorized by the Credit card company. I called the credit card company who told me there were no issue and the payment has been sent.

Called Superfi back and told them this and they said no, we have not received the money and they want a picture of my credit card. Someone is not being truthful here, and I don't think my credit card company is the issue. If you had an issue with my payment Superfi why did you not contact me to resolve? Why have I had to call you to find this out? Awful service, I would rather pay 150 pounds more and buy from John Lewis. Order cancelled, will NEVER use this company again.

"Superfi service"

Needed to renew a pair of 21 year old cans ( headphones ).
I initially ordered via the website but had problems with my computer.
I phoned a few of days later and managed to speak with Tanya in customer services and within minutes she could see what had happened and phoned me back to explain in detail what she had done. 48 hours later, my new Audio-Technica headphones were delivered as promised. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TANYA and the cans ain't bad either.

"Bought all my hi-fi stuff from Superfi…"

Bought all my hi-fi stuff from Superfi since the 80's so was gutted to see Nottingham had closed down when I had a problem with a Yamaha receiver I bought a few years ago.

I found the Lincoln number and ended up speaking with Tanya. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long long time. Even though the receiver is out of warranty and I bought it something like 5 years ago, it was like I'd been in the shop and made a purchase yesterday.

Tanya spoke with Yamaha, called me back when she said she would and talked me through a number of possible solutions during half a dozen calls.

So far problem solved but there is a plan B on offer just in case.

"Deserve praise!"

I bought several pieces of equipment from superfi quite some time ago. The experience was perfect on how they showed and advised on the products in store. Needless to say I spent money! The reason I am writing this review now is because I now don’t live in the uk and needed help with setting something back up in regards to the equipment purchased. They responded straight away and helped get everything back up and running, even though I’m so far away! ( this hasn't happened on one occasion either! ) The service is outstanding and they should really be noticed and praised for it! Really thank you so much for your help!!!!

"Dear Sir/ Madam"

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I pursued a speaker from you in November, it was bought as a christmas present to be used on our honeymoon which we have just returned. The speaker is not charging and we where unable to use it during our honeymoon. I would like it to be fixed or return as it is faulty. I have trying to email with no reply, i would appreciate response.
