"My order was promised next day but came way later"

My order was promised, on the website, as next day delivery.
When i phone 2 days later i was told i didn't read the small print- that next day didn't cover the weekend. and i was told that next day couldn't be guaranteed during the week.
Then my speakers were sent to the wrong distribution center.
It was a shamble, i realize these things happen but the experience was poor.

I paid 20 quid for next day delivery and i see there is no refund.

"Superfi Ceases Trading"

Apparently they've "shut up shop" according to retailgazette website (7 February 2019) "Superfi the latest victim of high street woes as it ceases trading". The Financial Conduct Authority is also reportedly looking into the situation.

"Shocking Service"

Shocking service / very poor customer contact, delay in delivery ,no contact when delivery would be made , while waiting for the cd player ,.When finally delivered , faulty , reported fault as instruction via email on web site, no response, This is the worst site / supplier l have come across. At the moment out of pocket financially ,BUT have a useless piece of Yamaha CD player sitting in the room gathering dust .Hoping a magical moment will happen and Superfi MIGHT respond and reimburse me . Been told pigs can fly :) Again a very unpleasant experience with a shocking Company Wish l had not used them, and will not or want to use them again

"Oder was placed on the 6 January"

Oder was placed on the 6 January. Till now I have not received my order. I am trying to recover the money through credit card charge back.

When I started the order the product was in stock but by the time amazon pay had made the payment it had sold out but I had already placed and paid for the order. I phoned Superfi and they said new stock was due soon but did not give me option of a refund. However, in the end the goods were delivered on Tuesday, the order having been placed on Saturday, so all was well. The courier delivery was excellent as I was able to get time due updates easily.
