Will (the installer) arrived promptly, and made a great job of the install.

He showed us what had been done, and explained the installation as well as what to do as ‘first actions’ if any faults were incurred.

The only issue I had was that the unit didn’t appear to have connected to the wifi correctly, so I had to engage with Hive customer services to resolve.

I have to take my hat off to those reviewers that have managed to contact this company successfully and then get a charger installed. After completing the online survey (Jan17) I received an email advising I would be contacted within 3 days, nothing! I called on Jan 31 to chase up and was told ‘must be stuck in the system, we will prioritise’, nothing! I then sent a complaint email 2 weeks ago and, nothing! Clearly no corporate governance within this company. If 0 stars were possible this would be my score!

From initial enquiry to completion was very straightforward. A great personal service and the installer Jack Cook was great and communicated well from start to finish. I’d recommend this service to anyone that is looking for installation.
