Really good communication, my first date had to be rescheduled last minute as the installer was unexpectedly off but they were very quick to give me a new date that wasn't too far from the original date.
The person who installed my charger (Will) was very lovely and very efficient. Everything was explained and I would definitely recommend them.

Great communication from the company, it was a lot of work taking photos, drawing plans that had to be uploaded via a link (but if worked perfectly). The engineer (Thakar) arrived on time and was very professional and explained everything as he went along and even stayed whilst I started my first charging session! The installation is neat and tidy and works a treat, well done!

How this firm have managed a 4.9 star rating is beyond me. It’s infuriating how impossible they are to get hold of. Numerous calls either promises of response “any day now”, and even a scheduled Google Meet appointment which I sat in for 30 minutes awaiting the agent’s appearance. Utterly useless. If you can’t keep up with demand you should switch off your advertising or affiliations.
