"Beware of confirmed sales of watch"

I bought an Omega constellation watch and got the confirmation at a sales price of $4,995. Three days later I received an order saying they could not process my credit card and I must pay with Pay Pal, Amazon pay or a wire transfer. They told me to start the order again. The same watch is now $9,000. I called and customer service said it was now out of stock, but I could buy at the higher price. Then it is just being sold at the higher price. I cannot afford $9,000 and anyway thought it was confirmed at roughly half this. Then the guy could conveniently not hear me. A bad experience. Will find a new place to buy,

I’ve bought 6 watches from authentic watches and I never had an issue. I would buy a seventh if I saw the model I’m looking for at a fair price.

I live in the middle east and ordered several watches from them over the past ten years or so. Oris, Tags, Omegas. Never had any issues. They ship really fast and never had issues with my items.

However, I don't feel comfortable enough to purchase expensive watches like Rolex from them.

Scammers thieves. Great service fast you will get your merchandise overnight, but if you don’t keep it you will be screwed. I order a watch was not aware it was too small as soon as I saw the size returned the watch did not even remove plastic protection when I sent it back got hit saying I scratched the watch and got refunded only 80%. They are scammers even though their merchandise is good make sure you don’t have to return it they will make some money of your mistake.

It's rare I get bit but did with Authentic Watches. Doesn't come with a Rolex warranty, so very low resale value. Tried to resale to them within a year and no response from Authentic Watches. Item didn't keep time and had to take it to a Rolex dealer to get fixed. They may have watches, but they are way overpriced. Be patient and wait on a new watch from Rolex. Their warranty is useless.

The watch was likely previously sent and returned by one of their customers or from one of the black market dealers they got it from.

Purchased an omega constellation watch from them. The box is in tatters, when I wrote to them they said that is how the boxes are as they have been kept for a while. However when you purchase the item the box is shown as brand new. To be honest I have paid in excess of USD4000 for a brand new luxury watch in a proper brand new box. I will never buy from them again. I am now suspecting they may be probably selling reconditioned watches as new. Hopeless company.

"Don't expect a full refund"

Expect to be charged at least $50 to return anything EVEN if it's not your fault. They don't size watches correctly, item was listed as Brand New yet it came in a damaged box. No paperwork from the Watchmaker which makes you wonder where they get these from. Sketchy to say the least!

They claimed that it needed a “total overhaul” and that the warrantee didn’t cover that.
Really? You’ve sold me a $1200+ watch that has had to be sent back to you twice within a few years, for the same issue since I bought it new, with OBVIOUS minimal wear and now you want me to pay for a total overhaul….
That’s really wrong.
You may not manufacture them, but you sell and warrantee them and your warrantee is what you are using as an excuse to claim that it “needs a total overhaul”.
It is the SAME problem that you were supposed to fix in the first year, and didn’t.
You should’ve replaced it then… now you claim it needs an overhaul? A barely worn watch that you sold me new that has had issues from the start?
You should take it up with whoever sold you the watch, be it Longines or not.
YOU sold me a “new” faulty watch and a faulty warrantee..
You didn’t fix it the first time and it’s still doing the exact same thing and now you claim it’s because it needs this total overhaul?
This lies with you and your dishonestly about selling me a faulty watch and manipulation of the warrantee.
YOU should replace it and go after whoever sold it to you. Period.
